Relax with the whole family at this spacious place to stay. Close to the town centre and surrounded by mountains, it is the perfect base for nature and sport lovers. The house is within a quiet internal courtyard, with private parking (front patio). It offers a fully equipped kitchen, three bedrooms and a cosy living room with sofa bed. The bathroom has a newly fitted washer-dryer. To note, the heating system is a pellet (wood) burner only, and so rentals are in spring, summer or early autumn.

My favorite place I have ever stayed! Private and had everything we needed. They even gave us a welcome bottle of Prosecco and a homemade pie. The greenhouse was absolutely stunning and perfect to lay and read a book. We felt like we were treated like honored guests and it’s a perfect place for a small family. Die Unterkunft liegt im ruhigen Ort Fanna. Die ehemalige Scheune liegt nicht an der Straße und mit dem Auto kann direkt bis an die Scheune gefahren werden. Leider hatten wir keine Fahrräder dabei, aber zu den Wandergebieten ist es nicht weit. Große Wohnküche ist super. Valentina gibt viele Tipps und zur Not auch Hilfe. Die wir nötig hatten, da unser Auto versagte und in die Werkstatt musste. Tipp: Im Ort gibt es eine Autowaage, dort kann jeder für 1,50€ sein Fahrzeug wiegen. Jetzt wissen wir, mit wie viel Tonnen wir unterwegs sind.

Very lovely property! The apartment was very clean, amazing surrounding views, and had everything we needed as a group of 4. Location was also ideal, within 1 hour drive of most hiking trails in the eastern dolomites, and away from the busy traffic/crowds of Cortina. Easy check in & out process and Antonio was very responsive to messages/requests to ensure that all the usual household essentials are delivered as needed. Highly recommended!

Consiglio Vittoria per la precisione, ospitalità e accoglienza. L'alloggio è comodo da raggiungere dalle principali vie di comunicazione. Noi lo abbiamo usato come posizione di appoggio per una notte, rapporto qualità prezzo davvero ottimo. Non possono essere di aiuto su cosa che si vicino perché appunto l'ho usato per dormire e fare la prima colazione. L'accoglienza è stata davvero familiare e molto carina. Absolutely spectacular in every way! Francesca is a wonderful host and gave us lots of great recommendations for places to visit and even made us a dinner reservation at one of her favorite places in Bolzano called Bogen. The food was delicious and the atmosphere was exactly what we were hoping. ‘Scent of Pines’ is definitely at the top of list of our best stays ever. We will definitely return one day. Justine's review is absolutely spot on and so beautifully written, there is not much more we can offer other than a resounding endorsement! My husband and I were fortunate to have stayed in Silvio's lovely apartment for a week and could have happily remained for an entire month. Easily one of the most memorable, comfortable, and relaxing properties we've ever rented, and the perfect location for exploring the wonderful region of Friuli -Venezia Giulia. And if you need a change of cultural pace, be sure to enjoy the close-by enchanting nature preserve and mountain trails. Silvio and Nataly were exceptional hosts, only adding to the optimal level of our stay - do not hesitate to book and try to add a few extra days to soak in all that this delightful town and area have to offer - there's much more than prosciutto, as delicious as it is. We can't wait to return!
