The bright rooms are inviting, south terrace (60 m²) with table, chairs and loungers as well as a small garden complete the offer. Bed dimensions (cm) 180 x 200 and 160 x 200. The chic apartment is the ideal base for enjoying Rostock and the surrounding area. In 10-15 minutes' walk you are in the city center and can inquire about all the sights at the tourist information office. The city harbor with its diverse gastronomic facilities is also within walking distance. At the main train station, which is only about a 5-minute walk away and has train connections to the Warnemünde, which is worth seeing, there is a bicycle rental (parking on the premises).

In the living room there is also a sofa bed on which another 2 people can be accommodated. A highlight is the private sauna in the apartment. The picturesque old town is within walking distance.

Poel Island, overlooking the Baltic Sea

The island of Poel is the youngest Baltic Sea resort in Germany. Our house "Poeler Mother Goose" is located in the middle of the nature reserve overlooking the Baltic Sea and the opposite skyline of Wismar. Especially in the off-season, we can enjoy the natural spectacle of migratory and breeding birds directly from our terrace. It is 800 meters to the natural beach, and all other beaches are accessible by bike. The island is perfect for families and nature lovers.

Apartment and fitter apartment, central location!

Wismar, the old Hanseatic city on the Baltic Sea, the old house from 1921 was lovingly renovated by me and Björn (my son). It is very central, you can reach the harbor and the shopping mile very quickly. Bicycles can be parked in the small courtyard. Next year we want to renovate the courtyard. Parking in front of the house with a fee, for unloading ok. Then drive to the Schiffbauerdamm. There are two parking spaces there. One with fees and one without.

cozy apartment, close to the beach

The apartment is located in a house with several apartments about 200 m from the beach and harbor in the seaside resort of Timmendorf-Strand on the island of Poel, right next to the lighthouse. It is on the 2nd floor and has a small balcony facing south. The kitchenette is fully equipped with a coffee machine, toaster, kettle, fridge, oven and dishwasher. For your laundry in between, there is a washing machine and dryer in the basement.

Modern studio in the heart of the historic old town

Tastefully and modernly furnished studio with parquet flooring, double bed, sofa bed, dining table and kitchenette (electric stove, kettle, toaster, coffee maker), 34 m² Towels and linens included. Terrace for relaxing. There are two parking spaces on Schiffbauerdamm. The second is free. (About 5 minutes away) In front of the house there are parking meters: you can only park for free from 7 pm to 9 am. The train station is 1 km away.

Beach house - Spacious and modern!

Welcome to the Baltic Sea! This apartment is the entire lower floor of a detached house. Here you will find everything you need for a nice vacation. The garden with terrace, lawn, pond and carport is all yours. It doesn't always have to be the beach, but it is only 500 meters away. Shopping and restaurants are all within walking distance. You are also welcome to bring your dog. The property is fenced.

Spacious three-room flat in the historical center

Lage Von der Wohnung aus können viele Sehenswürdigkeiten sowie die Haupteinkaufsstraße in wenigen Minuten Fußweg erreicht werden. Die Straße ist mit ihrem Kopfsteinpflaster, den historischen Häusern und seinen vielen Gängen eine der typischen Lübecker Altstadtstraßen. Um die Ecke befindet sich der Elbe-Lübeck-Kanal mit schönen Spazierwegen. Zwei historische Freibäder können Sie zu Fuß erreichen.
