Our apartment is located in the small district of Fährdorf-Hof on the island of Poel, away from the main road. In the immediate vicinity is a natural coast that is not developed for tourists. The nearest beaches can be reached by bike/car in a few km: Schwarzer Busch approx. 5 km, Gollwitz 6 km, Timmendorf 8 km. The beautiful Hanseatic city of Wismar is 13 km away. The apartment with separate entrance has a barbecue area and a private parking space. Note: In 2022, construction work will take place in the village.

Small, lovingly renovated apartment (approx. 38 m²) right in the center of Wismar and yet in a quiet location. The market square, the harbor, the train station, the bus station and large parking lots are each within walking distance in just a few minutes (3 to 6 minutes). The space approx. 38 m², suitable for 2 (max. 3 people – by arrangement), Bed is 200 x 200 cm, couch is pull-out, Bicycle storage is available in the courtyard, balcony to the rear courtyard, short-term parking is possible in front of the house.

Not far from Lake Ratzeburger in a village location, surrounded by fields and nearby forest, the apartment (90 m²) with private entrance can accommodate up to 4 people. The bright rooms are inviting, south terrace (60 m²) with table, chairs and loungers as well as a small garden complete the offer. Bed dimensions (cm) 180 x 200 and 160 x 200. From here you can explore the beautiful surroundings. Bicycles are available (see photos). Additional information: Washer/dryer by arrangement for € 5 each

Sie liegt im Dachgeschoss. Die Wohnung ist eingerichtet mit einer Schlafcouch, die zum Doppelbett umgebaut werden kann. Die Küchenzeile ist komplett ausgestattet mit Kaffeemaschine, Toaster, Wasserkocher, Kühlschrank. Für Ihre Wäsche zwischendurch stehen Ihnen im Keller eine Waschmaschine und ein Trockner zur Verfügung.

Sie liegt im ruhigen Ortsteil Timmendorf – nur 1 km vom Strand entfernt, in 10–15 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Die Unterkunft ist im Hotelstil eingerichtet und ideal für Solo-Reisende oder junge Paare, die sich eine stilvolle und unkomplizierte Auszeit gönnen möchten – einfach ankommen und wohlfühlen.

Our holiday apartment is located in the house "Ostseekino Kühlungsborn". The accommodation is approx. 40 sqm. They have separate entrance, terrace and outdoor fireplace. For our guests we pay 2 visits to the Ostseekino. A parking space is also provided. The apartment also has Wi-Fi and consists of 2 living rooms and bathroom with bathtub. Distances: - approx. 150 meters as the crow flies to the beach -ca. 60 meters to the supermarket/bakery - approx. 10 minutes to train station

In the living room there is also a sofa bed on which another 2 people can be accommodated. A highlight is the private sauna in the apartment. The picturesque old town is within walking distance.

Just everything freshly renovated and newly furnished for two adults and another sofa bed for two small children or a teenager. In the living room and bedroom, good sleep is predestined on the box spring beds or relax in the rain shower.

On 75 m² there is a modern kitchen, a bedroom, the bathroom, a large hallway and a living room on the ground floor. The kitchen is equipped with everything needed for self-catering. The bedroom is equipped with a double bed. If necessary, the armchair bed can also be pulled out to form a cozy single bed. A crib can also be set up. In the living room, the couch and the two armchairs can be converted into two cozy beds.

Kirchdorf-Insel Poel vacation home

The 2-room apartment is located on the 2nd floor of an apartment complex in the center of Kirchdorf directly above an Italian ice cream café. On the large balcony you can enjoy the wonderful Baltic Sea air with a delicious ice cream. Kirchdorf harbor is only a few minutes' walk away. Shopping, restaurants, a doctor and a pharmacy are close by. The beaches are 2 to 4 km away and can be easily visited by bike or car.
