Our apartment is located in the small district of Fährdorf-Hof on the island of Poel, away from the main road. In the immediate vicinity is a natural coast that is not developed for tourists. The nearest beaches can be reached by bike/car in a few km: Schwarzer Busch approx. 5 km, Gollwitz 6 km, Timmendorf 8 km. The beautiful Hanseatic city of Wismar is 13 km away. The apartment with separate entrance has a barbecue area and a private parking space. Note: In 2022, construction work will take place in the village.

Not far from Lake Ratzeburger in a village location, surrounded by fields and nearby forest, the apartment (90 m²) with private entrance can accommodate up to 4 people. The bright rooms are inviting, south terrace (60 m²) with table, chairs and loungers as well as a small garden complete the offer. Bed dimensions (cm) 180 x 200 and 160 x 200. We rent this apartment privately, and we do everything to ensure our guests' satisfaction. The apartment is on the ground floor. Bicycles can be parked there safe and securely. Several bakeries, cafés, restaurants, banks, hairdressers, the market, a department store, and the tourist info are just a 3 - 5 minute walk away.

The villa is located at the center of the old town, 5min walk to the market , train station or the harbor worth seeing. As a UNESCO World Heritage City, Wismar offers a fascinating old town with loving cafes to linger. In about 30 minutes you can reach the Baltic Sea beaches Boltenhagen , island Poel or Kühlungsborn.

Comfortable apartment, right near the beach (3-minute walk). Come in and feel good! Just everything freshly renovated and newly furnished for two adults and another sofa bed for two small children or a teenager. Kitchen fully equipped with fully automatic coffee machine, freezer and more (see the whole list of amenities under more info). In the living room and bedroom, good sleep is predestined on the box spring beds or relax in the rain shower.

Our small, fine apartment is located on the upper floor of our house. The apartment can be reached via a separate entrance. As can be seen in the photos, there is a large room from which a small kitchen has been separated. The kitchen has a ceramic stovetop, kettle and filter coffee maker, as well as the usual dishes. In the living/sleeping area there is a nice bed (2x2) and a few small cabinets. There is also a beautiful bathroom with shower.

On 75 m² there is a modern kitchen, a bedroom, the bathroom, a large hallway and a living room on the ground floor. The kitchen is equipped with everything needed for self-catering. The bedroom is equipped with a double bed. If necessary, the armchair bed can also be pulled out to form a cozy single bed. A crib can also be set up. In the living room, the couch and the two armchairs can be converted into two cozy beds.
