If it was a person you could describe it as very friendly with a touch of sophistication, with a welcoming soul and modern spirit. The lush interior is enveloped with a 1000 sq m garden where you can take a stroll, have a barbecue or just sit under a 100 year old yew tree and plan your trip ahead - you'll probably want to stay at Pipa's place though.

It comfortably accommodates up to 12 guests, making it ideal for three families or a large group of friends. The house is located in Valbruna, a small and quiet village in the Valcanale, close to the Julian Alps. It is a short walk from the center of the village and is a strategic starting point for the naturalistic and historical excursions that Val Saisera offers. In the village, there is a grocery store for basic necessities, a few hundred meters from the house. A supermarket is 4 kilometers towards Tarvisio. One km from Valbruna are the accesses to the AlpeAdria cycle path.

It's all possible We did not build an entire chalet village, just a single, extraordinary, beautiful & cozy chalet at 1150m above Arriach, with unobstructed views in 3 directions. A stylish sauna with a picturesque view completes our Unterkircher Chalet.

The vacation home with garden is in an idyllic location at 845 m above sea level in the municipality of Liebenfels, about 20 km from Klagenfur. From the terrace, you have a beautiful panoramic view of the Karawanken and the entire Glantal. The location is perfect for nature hikes and swimming in surrounding lakes. Some ski resorts are 40-60 minutes by car. The house is about 60 m² and also has a sauna.
