Vacation rentals with lake access in Podgorica

Domek byl okouzlující a připomínal mi prázdniny u moře. Ubytování je v oblasti Podgorice Stara Varoš, což je nejstarší část města s doposud vesnickým charakterem, ale velmi blízko centra a všeho potřebného. Okolí a blízkost řeky dodávají místu specifické kouzlo. V domku je všechno, co po příjezdu a během pobytu můžete potřebovat, jako byste přijeli domů. K dispozici je i dvorek s posezením. Jen některé okolní domy jsou obydlené, takže je tam úplné soukromí, a zároveň jsou kolem sousedé, takže místo na mě jako na ženu cestující samostatně působilo velmi bezpečně. Pokud se do Podgoride někdy vrátím, určitě si zase ráda pronajmu tento domek.

This place was exactly what we were looking for after a busy 5 days on the Montenegrin coastline. The location suited us perfectly for a peaceful end to our already amazing trip, with the calmness of the river and the array of wildlife making it extra special. The house very spacious with plenty of seating to enjoy the outdoors. Although Drazen does not speak English, the daughter was able to translate and offer support with any issues we had and Drazen himself was incredibly kind and would help with any matter or issue. The local breakfast made for us every morning was the perfect way to start the day. If you also have additional time, go to lake skadar and take a tour of the lake, it’s only a 30 minute drive. I would 100% recommend this place to anyone looking for a calm retreat! A true hidden gem.

incredible place! so well located - a relaxed village only a 10 min walk away from the lake and all the restaurants. milo was so so helpful and friendly and was very easy to get in touch with during our stay. incredible view from the pool too!!! would definitely stay again

This house is amazing! The view from the balcony is so beautiful you won’t believe. The house itself is gorgeous, an old style with lovely vintage furniture. And as for cleanliness, it’s completely spotless. The local area is so beautiful, truly one of the most incredible places in Europe. All the beds are very comfortable. Varja was a great host and put us in touch with local people to go on boat trips etc. I can’t recommend this place enough!

Всё было просто чудесно! Невероятно красиво место. Есть всё для отдыха с друзьями : гамаки, гриль зону, возможность пикника на улице, чистый бассейен.

Nikolas house was a great destination! It's really spacious and it was very clean in all rooms. Especially the kitchen was very well equipped if you are planning to cook for yourself. It also has a nice balcony and a parking lot in front of the house to park your car on privat ground. Nikola was very quick and friendly responding my messages. He also offered to organise a boat tour for the Skadar lake (which is very beautiful and close by). Entering the house was also very flexible, because you can just take the keys out of a locker at the house. So we really had a great time at Nikolas house and could definitely recommend it!!

Что хорошо: 1. Просторные уютные аппартаменты с двумя спальнями, салоном, балконом, прихожей, кухней и санузлом. Очень приятный дизайн интерьера. 2. Отличная частная стоянка, предоставленная хозяином. 2. Фантастический вид на озеро и горы из салона и с балкона. 3. Кухня позволяет приготовить все, что угодно. Есть индукционная одноконфорочная электроплита и объемный холодильник. Довелось варить и жарить, готовка прошла успешно. 4. Зоран (хозяин) мгновенно реагирует на запросы и решает возникающие проблемы. Исключительно ответственный и приятный человек. 5. Зоран владеет моторной деревянной лодкой для экскурсий по Скадарскому озеру. Категорически рекомендую воспользоватся его услугами. Клуб кинопутешествий отдыхает. 6. Расположение аппартаментов исключительно удобное. Несколько минут пешего хода до местных ресторанов, кафе, супермаркета. Это же касается автомобильных экскурсий в окрестностях озера, из Випразара можно достичь интересные места и достопримечательности на все 4 стороны.

Fantastic property in a beautiful part of Montenegro. Very clean, felt like a home, great facilities. Cute little puppy and cats running around the garden and amazing views from the balcony to sit in morning with a coffee. It is walkable but one word of warning, do not try the walk after sunset. there is no lights on the road and was literally pitch black when I walked back after staying in the virpazar too long one night. I didn't have a car and enjoyed the walk up and down to the village each day.

This place was wonderful. Beautiful view of the lake and right next to the village and the dock for all the lake tours. The hosts were very accommodating. I even forgot to leave the keys and they came and met me halfway between Skadar and Podgorica so I wouldn't have to drive all the way back.

Daire merkezi yerde ve bulunduğu konum harika. Binanın çevresinde cafe ve restoranlar var. Ev sahibi Dejan beni havaalanından karşıladı ve eve kadar getirdi. Her konuda yardımcı oldu ve sorularımı hızlı bir şekilde cevapladı. Benim için harika bir deneyimdi.

Kommunikation mit Kristina war hervorragend und superschnell. Sie ist sehr sehr zugewandt und jederzeit erreichbar. Ihre Mama ist sehr, sehr hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend. Die Lage total ruhig, direkt am See. Es stehen genügend Sonnenliegen und vor Allem Sonnenschirme zur Verfügung. Selbst auf den Balkonen, welches auch super sinnvoll ist , wegen der sehr sonnigen Lage. Wir hatten eine großartige Zeit und sagen nochmals : Dankeschön für Alles. Jederzeit kommen wir gerne wieder.

Petar et sa compagne nous ont accueillis chaleureusement dans Airbnb situé à proximité de la rivière, l'endroit est authentique et au cœur de la nature. Nous avons pu profiter de la rivière et avons découvert le lac qui est magnifique pour une balade en bateau.

Very helpful and kind hosts. We arrived pretty late by train and the host's mother picked us up by car. The room had everything we needed. They even allowed us to leave our luggage in the room after check-out and pick it up later. Just remember to be careful on the road when walking to the lake. However, after a few minutes there is a small path you can take that is much safer. Would definitely visit again.

Le logement est situé dans les hauteurs avec une vue sur le lac magnifique dans un endroit très calme. Nous avons été accueilli par une femme extraordinaire qui ne parle pas anglais mais qui nous a proposé des boissons, des gateaux et des fruits avec gentillesse. Nous sommes allées à la plage privé par le petit sentier, c'etait incroyable. Je recommande xe logement, il faut juste avoir bien en tête qu'il n'y a pas de quoi cuisiner du tout à part un frigo et que les premiers restaurants sont à Rijeka, à 10 min en voiture.

It is amazing modern village life experience. Houseowner is wonderful and will do everything to make you feel at home. He is always ready to help you with anything and he is very friendly.

Es ist uns eine Ehre die erste Bewertung für diese Unterkunft abzugeben! Die Unterkunft liegt einen Steinwurf von dem malerischen Dorf entfernt auf einer leichten Anhöhe. Der Blick von der Terrasse ist ein Traum, die Unterkunft selbst total gemütlich und sauber, alles da, was man braucht. Eine Oase zum runterkommen. Die Kommunikation mit Milica war toll😍 ohne ihren Rat und ihre Unterstützung wären wir im Sumpf gelandet( Da wir ursprünglich eine Wanderung von Virpazar geplant hatten (Ende Mai ist ein Teil der Strecke unter Wasser, was wir nicht wussten)).Wir sind letztlich mit Boot angereist und Milica hat uns sehr freundlich in Empfang genommen. Super schöne Unterkunft mit wunderschönem Garten und toller Aussicht. Die Gastgeberin ist auch total nett und hat uns sogar zu einem Weintasting eingeladen. Der Hund der Besitzerin ist ebenfalls sehr süß und spielerisch jedoch vielleicht nichts für Menschen die Angst vor großen Hunden haben. Als wir fragten ob Sie den Hund möglicherweise im Haus lassen könnte, ist Sie extra zusammen mit dem Hund für die Dauer unseres Aufenthaltes in ihr anderes Haus im Dorf gezogen. Total nett!

Me and my girlfriend stayed in the house for five days. It was simply amazing! The location is fully immersed in nature. The road to get there is adventurous but doable. Once we arrived we checked in easily and effortlessly. The house had everything we needed and was very clean. From the terrace we could watch the lake and the surrounding nature peacefully while sipping on a delicious tea. We contacted Milica and she was extremely responsive, helpful and kind. I would recommend this place to anyone wishing to spend a calm and relaxing time in Montenegro. Note: to reach the house it is mandatory to have a car (you can rent it at the airport, it's a 40 minute drive)

this is an absolutely wonderful holiday home Clean air, silence and beauty all around. It is good to sleep here and have wonderful dreams. The house had everything necessary for life, high-quality pleasant bed linen and two bathrooms, which is very convenient for a family. My son loved to play in the large green area, and I felt calm for him. On the way to the sea there are fantastic views of the coast. This is a house in nature and you can meet interesting guests. In autumn and winter it can be a little cold I would love to come back here in the spring 🥰 Dilek and Melih are the sweetest and most responsive, they came to meet us when guests with a dog came to visit us

Herzlichen Dank für den vollen Kühlschrank und die nette Begrüssung. Wer naturverbunden und gerne am und auf dem Wasser ist, wird diese Unterkunft lieben. Wir haben mit dem Kajak, den Fluss und den See erkundet. Das hat uns besonders Spass gemacht.

Siamo stati in 9 per il cinquantesimo dei miei suoceri ad agosto. Ambiente ideale per il più grande ed anche per il piccolo nipotino. Abbiamo avuto una casa grande ed una piccolina. Il posto è bello ed immerso nella natura, raggiungibile solo con la macchina. Al mattino vi sveglierete con il cinguettio degli uccelli ma anche con qualche muggito delle numerose mucche che pascolano. Per questo non lamentatevi se in casa entra qualche piccolo insetto o animaletto, siete sulle rive di un fiume. La colazione è molto abbondante, imperdibile il giro in barca fino al lago. Marco e la sua famiglia sono molto accoglienti.

Tres bon sejour. Vue magnifique. Tres paisible. Logement impeccable. Si vous souhaitez manger sur place pensez à avoir de l'argent liquide. Pensez egalement à avoir de l'eau car celle du logement n'est pas potable. (Possibilité d'en acheter sur place). Hote accueillante.
