Stan se nalazi na jednoj od najatrkativnij lokacija u Podgorici. U blizini stana su locirane ambasade Kine, Turske i Madjaraske. Centar grada je na udaljenosti od 1 km, najveci shoping mall centar na udaljenosti od 1.5km.
