Great location and exactly as the pictures show, it was as we expected. Parking at the rear of the building was very tight but that was more down to other people's parking making it difficult to get in/out

A really beautiful apartment - ideal for a couple, or group of 3 or 4. A short walk to the fabulous Sveti Stefan beach, with local restaurants and convenience stores. The accommodation is very well-appointed and modern. We enjoyed our break there very much.

Slavka was a very friendly and responsive host who always asked if we needed anything and was always helpful. Would recommend her place, though przno has changed. All the lovely local beaches, queens, kings, milocer, are all now owned by luxury mega resort AMAN. It’s not fair and not nice that they took it all from the people.

Mekan hemen plajda diyebilirim odadan çıkıp bir kaç basamak sonra denize girebilirsiniz. Klima , temiz yataklar ve havlular gayet başarılıydı. Kahvaltılarimizi deniz manzaralı bölümde yaptık. Budva ya yakın olması da önemliydi.

Все было хорошо. Квартира в отличном месте - рядом хороший пляж и рестораны. Собственная терраса - это здорово, жаль у нас не было времени ей пользоваться. Если и есть минусы, то незначительные. В душе не очень хорошо организован слив и вода растекается по полу. Была небольшая проблема с WIFI, но мы ее решили. В целом, я бы рекомендовала это место и приехала бы снова.

Srdjan is, without a doubt, the best host we’ve ever met! His genuine passion for ensuring his guests have the most comfortable and enjoyable experience truly sets him apart. He doesn’t just rent out his apartment; he goes the extra mile to make you feel at home. The apartment is cozy and equipped with everything you might need—even the smallest details have been thoughtfully considered. The view from the terrace is absolutely breathtaking. Each sunset offered a different palette of colors over the sea, and we couldn’t get enough of the panoramic vistas. Srdjan’s hospitality exceeded all our expectations. He was flexible with check-in and check-out, and always quick to respond to our messages. He went above and beyond in every aspect: preparing a crib and bedding for our little one; bringing us fresh local fruits and olives; and even giving us rides to and from the grocery store several times! In summary, if you’re looking for a memorable stay with an outstanding host, this is it :)

Domek byl okouzlující a připomínal mi prázdniny u moře. Ubytování je v oblasti Podgorice Stara Varoš, což je nejstarší část města s doposud vesnickým charakterem, ale velmi blízko centra a všeho potřebného. Okolí a blízkost řeky dodávají místu specifické kouzlo. V domku je všechno, co po příjezdu a během pobytu můžete potřebovat, jako byste přijeli domů. K dispozici je i dvorek s posezením. Jen některé okolní domy jsou obydlené, takže je tam úplné soukromí, a zároveň jsou kolem sousedé, takže místo na mě jako na ženu cestující samostatně působilo velmi bezpečně. Pokud se do Podgoride někdy vrátím, určitě si zase ráda pronajmu tento domek.

This place was exactly what we were looking for after a busy 5 days on the Montenegrin coastline. The location suited us perfectly for a peaceful end to our already amazing trip, with the calmness of the river and the array of wildlife making it extra special. The house very spacious with plenty of seating to enjoy the outdoors. Although Drazen does not speak English, the daughter was able to translate and offer support with any issues we had and Drazen himself was incredibly kind and would help with any matter or issue. The local breakfast made for us every morning was the perfect way to start the day. If you also have additional time, go to lake skadar and take a tour of the lake, it’s only a 30 minute drive. I would 100% recommend this place to anyone looking for a calm retreat! A true hidden gem.

The place was really nice and beautiful …. Olivera was really good and kind … the house was beautiful … it had air conditioning in the hall but was a bit hot in the bedroom area … this place had an open shower …. That was a different experience and was really nice …. The area was really beautiful and perfect for a vacation …. There was a bit of an issue with electricity and it was manageable …. I would recommend this place ….. and I would love to visit again …. Olivia and her father were really nice and were really helpful ….

So peaceful and lovely! Plenty for the kids with the pool, hammock and trampolining, plus go carting 8 mins drive away and the beautiful scenery, stunning!

We've been to a few places around the world, but this accommodation had one of the best vibe. From the terrace, you can see the Adriatic-sea and the mountain almost right behind the house. The house is fully equipped, the beds are comfortable and there are 3 bathrooms, which is very parctical, when you are with friends. The host always answered quickly, was helpful and flexible and gave us useful tips. You can find a seafood restaurant within a 3-minute walk and plenty of restaurants within a 15-minute drive. Budva is close to the accommodation by car, you can find everything you need.

To miejsce jest po prostu cudowne 😻 niedaleko dostęp do Jeziora Szkoderskiego Okolica spokojna i bardzo cicha można super wypocząć. Gospodarz Katarina co tutaj więcej mówić no wspaniała osoba. Bardzo jasne instrukcje pomocna w każdej chwili a nastawienie do gości rewelacja. Nigdy nie spotkałam tak super gospodarza. Naprawdę polecam wszystkim bardzo gorąco 🥰🥰

Very nicely welcomed by Momo into this very nice place just on the lake He also arranged for us diner reservation next door and a small boat excursion next morning This only drawback is the noise of the trains passing by behind the appartement Maybe the price to pay for such a great location with great service

prachtig verblijf en heerlijk zwembad met uitzicht op zee. zo genoten hier. 's ochtends eerst aan het zwembad en daarna naar 1 van de vele stranden. alles goed aan te rijden. prachtige omgeving!

Appartement was very nice, very close to the water. and the vieuw outside the window is like a chefs kiss. The host is very nice, friendly and responsive!

Parfait. Un peu loin de kotor à pied. Mais nous avions la voiture. Un peu tout terrain mais ensuite c’est parfait. L’appartement est top. Merci.

The apartment was perfect – ideally located with everything just a short walk away. It was well-equipped with everything we needed, and the early check-in was a real bonus. They also took care of our tourist tax, which was a great added convenience. We had a fantastic stay and will definitely be back!

A beautiful apartment right near the lake. We had a fantastic time relaxing on the veranda. IIija met us on arrival and explained everything to us. The place was very clean and as per the pictures. Kotor is a great place to explore, the apartment is 15-20 minute walk from the old town so close to walk in but also nice to go back and relax by the lake in the peace and quiet! Highly recommend booking this place

Very cute place right in the middle of old town. Was worried about noise but the windows block it from the street! Would stay again!

This is just hands down a beautiful place to stay. I was impressed by the level of detail in the decoration. Krsto is a great host and very swift in communication. I’d recommend this place to anyone who wants an extraordinary stay in Kotor.
