Fresh and Modern Apartment Luka with Old Town & Sea View

There are only few terraces like this: Dubrovnik's Old Town in front of you and the clear Adriatic Sea behind it. The apartment is situated at the top of the house, it is perfectly romantic for the most beautiful sunsets you will ever see. We offer accommodation which consists of one apartment, 50 m2 large (suitable for 2+2) with an amazing sea and Old Town view. It has 1 bedroom ( double bed), living room ( couch - made into 1 double bed), kitchen, bathroom, and 2 balconies. Apartment is situated above the historical center of Dubrovnik in the residential area called Ploce, only 300 m walk from the entrance of the Old Town and approximately 5 minutes by foot from the most famous beach in Dubrovnik called "Banje"-pebble beach with a great cocktail bar, restaurant, water sports and a nightclub. Our house offers a splendid panoramic view of the Old Town, Lokrum island and the open Adriatic sea with the most beautiful sunset ever. The apartment is fully equipped, furnished with a balcony with sea and old town view. Air conditioner, TV, wireless internet, garage parking are included in price. We are always happy to assist our guests with their needs. All guests can use the whole apartment for themselves, its two balconies and the private garage. I would be happy to provide any information and help! The apartment is situated in Ploce district offering amazing Old Town and sea view. The neighborhood is safe, quiet and perfect for morning running or for night walks. Old Town is just few minutes walking distance, as well as the closest beach and many restaurants. We received a very warm welcome and were shown around the apartment, when we were given a bowl of delicious grapes (just before they reached the end of season) picked from Family Pijaca's vines. We felt quite 'at home' there and enjoyed our conversations with Miro, who spoke very good English (unlike our Croatian!!) and with his mother through a few words and sign language.

We absolutely loved Mirela’s place! It was the perfect spot to unwind for a couple of days and enjoy some swimming. Honestly, it looks even better in person than in the photos. The place is cozy and very clean. Mirela was kind, responsive, and generously let us check in early. Her mother, Zada, was also wonderful and welcoming. We brought some groceries and grabbed sandwiches and pastries from the Mamma Mia 2 bakery nearby - highly recommend that too! The paddle board and dinghy were great extras, and there are plenty of cozy spots to relax in either sun or shade. This is easily one of my top 3 favorite Airbnbs ever. Highly recommend!

Sejla the property manager was very helpful and kind to us. The apartment was spacious and clean. The best part of the apartment is the amazing view, you can see the old bridge from both the patio and the living room. The apartment is right around the corner from the old town and in the ideal location for enjoying Mostar. We would recommend this apartment to anyone!

Fortunate to have 11 nights in the Royal apartment. Suzana looked after us as Jadranka was away. Both though were responsive when needed assistance. As described in the listing with wonderful views across Lapad bay. There are 4 apartments in the complex along with the Hosts accommodation. Romantic apartment is at the top same level as pool area. Next down was the Royal, Harmony a few steps further down and Marine the lowest. All very private and didn’t hear any unnecessary noise from other guests. 61 steep steps from street to apartment door and the shower is in the hydro bath so a bit of a high step there. My wife was a bit hesitant as she has had a hip replacement couple of years ago but found a routine! Using the elevators at nearby More and Kompas hotels to get back from the promenade was a good handy hint! Amenities were good. Some instructions would be helpful especially using the appliances. Info on recycling would be useful too. It was very comfortable and we would recommend i
