Enjoy your vacation at this peaceful and centrally-located place. Apartments AVA, newly renovated vacation rentals in 2023. AVA 1 is a 60 m² apartment on the second floor of the main building. The apartment is intended for 4 people and consists of two spacious bedrooms, a combined kitchen/living room, a small entrance area and a bathroom with toilet. The small guest house is located directly in Weiden am Neusiedler See. The beach is about 1 km away and can be reached by car or bike. Bike rental is nearby. The bike path around the lake is very popular with guests. Water sports activities: surfing, sailing, SUP (rental for a fee on the beach). Connection to the public network by S-Bahn in the village. The airport is about 25 minutes by car. The garden house is good for couples, solo adventurers, and families with kids.
