My house is situated in beutifull town in small distance from Bratislava.(20min) Area is very private with all new-build houses around, very close to vineyards and woods close by. It' s suitable for 6people. Downstairs area consists from one large open living area with large sofa, television and kitchen with all equipments, dishwasher,fridge-freezer,oven,microwave and all electrical appliances needed. Upstairs have 3 large bedrooms. Every bedroom have a smart TV. One Bathroom with bath,shower,toilet and washing machine. The house is perfect for larger families,group of people,couples or alone travelers for holiday or business trip, good for few-days stay, longer stay. Outside have a large garden with small swimming-pool,large patio with BBQ grill,lovely sitting area for summer days.

Each season has its own specifics and the houseboat is habitable all year round. Floor heating and a romantic stove guarantee warmth in winter. Life directly on the water brings many possibilities, especially those associated with water. You can rent a paddle board, water bike, canoe, electric boat, or motor boat, or ride a speedboat to the center of Bratislava, or to Devín Castle.

Excursions to Bratislava, the Roman city of Carnuntum or the nearby Marchfeld castles by bike or boat are particularly recommended in the summer months. Historical house was built in the early 19th century. Flat´s location in the courtyard with the garden will give you safety and calmness. The area of 75 sq m and 3 separate rooms are spacious for 6 people. The house is situated in Old Town, walking to the Castle hill and pedestrian zone with all atractions. Apt is close to good restaurants, vineries, pubs, coffee places, music clubs, museums and galleries or National theatre. Flat has wheelchair access and is familly friendly.

The small guest house is located directly in Weiden am Neusiedler See. The beach is about 1 km away and can be reached by car or bike. Bike rental is nearby. The bike path around the lake is very popular with guests. Water sports activities: surfing, sailing, SUP (rental for a fee on the beach). Connection to the public network by S-Bahn in the village. The airport is about 25 minutes by car. The garden house is good for couples, solo adventurers, and families with kids.

In 2025, I completely renovated another apartment. AVA 3 is 60 m² and is located on the 1st floor of the main house. Premises: entrance area, bathroom with spacious shower (1.20 m x 1 m), sink, private washing machine, separate toilet, large kitchen-living room, 2 bedrooms each with a double bed. All rooms are equipped with central heating. The apartment is bright and modernly furnished. Relax in this special and quiet place to stay.
