Have fun finding all the details of the marine world in the rooms, then go out on the terrace and admire the blue of the water for yourself. On the first floor, there is a living/dining room with a sofa bed, a kitchen, a bathroom and a terrace with a sea view. Downstairs, there is a double bedroom and a second bathroom. The house is the ideal solution for a couple with or without children who, thanks to the double bathrooms and the double sofa bed in the living room, can find a comfortable accommodation. The house is accessible via a short flight of about ten steps. I live a few steps from Alice's House and am available for any request or information. Discover the truest Liguria by immersing yourself in the life of a small fishing village a few kilometers from Portovenere and the Cinque Terre, taste the gastronomic specialties of the Gulf of Poets, then take advantage of the nearby beach and enjoy moments of pure relaxation by the sea. Fezzano is located in the middle of the Provincial Road that connects La Spezia to Portovenere on a route of about 15 km and is connected to these two locations by public transport that runs about every half hour. From Fezzano, via La Spezia, the Cinque Terre, Lerici and the other towns of the Gulf of Poets are easily reachable by car or public transport. A few highway exits away on the A12 highway you can reach Sarzana, Forte dei Marmi and Versilia, Portofino. A parking garage has recently been built in the village with about 100 paid parking spaces (daily rate €10.00). A private garage adjacent to Alice's House is available at the usual price. The terrace overlooking the sea🌊 is a small characteristic apartment that belonged to my great-great-grandfather, located in the picturesque harbor of Riomaggiore. Beach, downtown, restaurants, station and ferries are a short distance away. Unique place to spend mornings to drink coffee and evenings while sipping a local wine, watching sunrise and sunset in the first row!🌅🍷 I hope it brings luck to couples as it did to my grandparents.🥰 *If you are more than 2 people, we recommend the apartment to families!There is little privacy.

Lovely 2 rooms apartment in ancient stone house, deep in the hills, only 10 minutes from the town of Sarzana and 20 minutes away from the beaches. The apartment has a private access and it's formed by a bedroom with a double bed on the lofted floor, a small but complete bathroom with shower and a living room with a sofa and a kitchenette on the ground floor. There is also an outside area where you can relax under the shade of a nice olive tree, enjoy breakfast outside or cook your own bbq.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at I Pini, the house was well furnished and comfortable with everything we needed and the view is just stunning, the photos really don’t do it justice! Everything was as described and we had a lovely time there, helped by Cristina and her team’s thorough information provided about the local area and their quick responses to any questions or messages. Lerici itself is a beautiful town with lots of things to do close by, including day trips to the Cinque Terre and Pisa. I am sure we will be back in the future!

The stay at Alessandro and Diego's was very nice. Everything was clean, the kitchen well equipped (also with salt, pepper, oil, etc.), in the bathroom there was shampoo and shower gel, generally plenty of space offered,…. Regarding the location: you can't reach much on foot, but that doesn't bother us, as we always travel by car. Supermarket is about 5 min. by car, the nearest beach about 15-20 min. … It should be mentioned that of 11 nights 2-3 evenings (maybe 8-11 pm) military exercises were done on the nearby military grounds, which was already very loud (helicopter). Otherwise, there was nothing to complain about. All around you can see numerous hills, in the garden you can enjoy the sunset and cook / grill really well with the great grill and oven outside. Thanks for a great stay!

Manfredo and Nilla are very kind and helpful. Upon request, they will give you the best advice on restaurants and travel. They are also very helpful. The garden is simply a dream and the apartment is also very beautiful. The pool is very clean. We'll be back! Best regards.

Really helpful and kind guys, we mostly interacted with Chiara, who was super kind, waited for us beyond the check-in time with great cordiality and without making us feel bad about the delay, explained everything to us with great kindness and welcomed us with great warmth making us feel at home. The place is truly magnificent, equipped with every comfort and they pamper you with all the small details they provide. A little slice of heaven that I would recommend to everyone, for a night or better dream days.

A very atmospheric place. A bit spartan, but that's part of its charm. There's a usable fireplace with a supply of wood. The surroundings of the cottage are comfortable and set up for relaxation. The host, Andrea, is very kind and helpful. The area is beautiful, with mountain views and opportunities for hiking. On the other hand, the beach is just a 20-minute drive away.

It was wonderful to live in the middle of Tellaro and have breakfast on the roof terrace with the fantastic view! The cottage is very skillfully renovated and lovingly furnished with selected pieces. It had everything we needed and we were very nicely received by Lola. There are some stairs in the house that you have to climb to finally end up on the roof terrace, you should be aware of that. We had a great, relaxing time hiking (directly from the house), visiting Cinque Terre, swimming again and again and of course trying the restaurants on site. It was all perfect thank you so much!

We had a great time in Barga! The place is very centrally located in Barga with lots of great restaurants close by, which was great! Eleonora was always easily accessible and very helpful. The apartment is stylish and nicely decorated. I'd love to come back :)
