My stay at Celia's house was excellent! From the beginning, she was extremely polite, attentive and helpful — always available to answer questions, give recommendations for places and ensure that everything went well. A great host! Check-in was super easy, with clear instructions and the house is very well located, close to the center. It was easy to find and I felt at home from the first moment. The house was very clean, organized and fully equipped, with all kitchen items, towels in the bathroom, dryer, washing machine, microwave, barbecue and other facilities that made all the difference in the stay. The property is exactly as shown in the photos, in a safe, quiet area and close to the city's main tourist attractions. There is a pharmacy, market, bakery and restaurants all nearby, which allowed us to do everything on foot. It was very worthwhile and I would definitely come back on a future visit and stay at the house again!

Our stay was wonderful, accommodating very well a couple, a baby and a medium-sized dog. The house is comfortable and functional, with a unique and tasteful/playful decoration. Although we do not have a usable garage, we are able to park our car on the street every day, even though it is a holiday. A highlight for the hostess, who has treated us exceptionally well since the time of booking, with tips on restaurants and activities, flexible check in and check out and a lovely treat when welcoming us. The light and positive energy of both the home and its owner certainly made a difference in our trip. 🤍

I loved the place and ended up booking for another day. The city has many sights to visit and a structure that is not far behind the big metropolises, but without the violence characteristic of the big centers. I'll be back more often.

Perfect place for nature. It is a privilege to be able to stay at this place, the contact with nature, silence, fresh air, trail, animals, fruits, magnificent place. The house is impeccable, with the necessary items to stay with comfort and convenience, in addition to being very clean. It just left me wanting more, and we'll definitely be back. And I couldn't fail to mention the education and kindness of the host Luciano and his little dog Bolinha, who is a cutie.

This is the second time we've stayed at the property. We wanted a place to rest, recharge our energy to start the year over. Me, my husband, my 13-year-old son, we mainly loved the waterfall, where we spent most of our time. we hope to return again 🙏

We didn't even use a car, I went with my pet... so I loved the squares near the apartment.

The apartment is in great condition, everything is new and well-equipped. It is very close to the city center, making it easy to get to places. Only the garage is a little tighter, but the rest more than makes up for it. The owners are super attentive and clear in their descriptions and recommendations. I recommend it to anyone who wants to visit the city!

Excellent option in the center of Poços, right next to the main square, in Thermas and with great shopping and restaurant options less than a 5-minute walk away! Functional apartment, very clean and organized, very new (renovated, in an old building). It's a little noisier than those far from the center (a pagoda there that goes until 10:30 pm, some motorcycles passing, etc.), but in general those who stay in the center expect it. Very good!

Some places welcome us with a key; others, with silence, beauty, and an unexpected sense of belonging. That's how I felt when I arrived at this haven in Poços de Caldas. There was something special in the air, maybe the soft light coming in through the windows, maybe the care in every detail of the decor. Or maybe it was just the peace I hadn't found in a long time. Every day, I discovered small delicacies: the silent order of the space, the discreet hospitality, and, on the terrace, a whirlpool that presented me with one of the most beautiful sunsets I have ever seen. As the sky said goodbye in shades of gold and lavender, I realized that certain moments don't have to be grand to become unforgettable, just true. I recommend it to anyone who wants not only to rest, but to live, even if for a few days, the beauty of being in the right place at the right time.

It's been a wonderful time for our family. Tiago, a friendliness of person, oriented us about various landmarks and other places. And he answered us quickly whenever we needed it. Very clean apartment,crockery, bed linens and impeccable bathrooms. We take advantage of the tranquility and climate of the city to rest. We felt at home. The flat is much better than the pictures. Very comfortable beds. Bed linens and bath linens of excellent quality. It is very well located, close to market, restaurant, bakery, pharmacy. It has an easy to maneuver garage. Mrs. Lígia is a very kind person. Always responded quickly. It surprised us a pamper on our arrival.Growing in Pocos de Caldas we will certainly look for this flat.

Caio's apartment is excellent. It has everything you need. You can really feel at home. The elevator is right next door, so you don't even have to walk far to access the outside of the condominium. And this, in turn, needs no comment. It's the second time I've stayed, everything is amazing. In addition to the wonderful structure, on commemorative dates, it has several leisure activities (e.g. at Easter, they hunted eggs with the children). The condominium staff is a 10 and Caio was very attentive, answered all my questions quickly. I highly recommend it.

Alexandre was amazing, communication is a differential, very attentive! The space is wonderful, full of life and practicality, I recommend it! We were able to visit practically all the tourist attractions in 4 days, close to everything if you go by car, I was very happy with this choice!
