Wonderful location with easy/quick proximity to the waterfront promenade and restaurants. Beautiful terrace for morning coffee (great local café right next to the flat) or apératifs. Highly recommend .

Toller Check in, Wohnung war sauber, Küche gut ausgestattet und die Wohnung ist wie auf den Fotos. Marino ist immer erreichbar und antwortet schnell. Check in und Check out war unkompliziert und flexibel.

Very special apartment, larger than we thought from the description. Perfection location to explore the city by foot. We were allowed to leave or luggage before check-in. Vaska was always responsive and helped us if needed.

Wir haben die Zeit sehr genossen. Die Wohnung ist super schön und sehr sauber; die Küche toll ausgestattet - alles wie auf den Fotos. Der nahegelegene Kiesstrand ist in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar - mit netter Strandbar zum Wohlfühlen. Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen - wir mögen es gerne etwas ruhiger, der Strand war nicht überlaufen. Zum Einkaufen und für des Restaurantbesuch benötigt man aber das Auto.

Direkt gegenüber ein super Markt, ganz einfacher Check in 2 min vom Meer entfernt rundherum sehr gute Restaurants, und das aller beste Restaurant war Ritzmarin 1 min entfernt Mittag essen ein Traum für den Abend sollte man 1 Tag voraus reservieren.

Massive massive thank you to Marino who treated us like his own guests, ensured we knew where to go and what to do. Even picked us up from the airport (can't expect him to do this every time but it goes to show his friendliness). Thanks for everything Marino and you made this trip special for us.

Todella kauniilla ja rauhallisella paikalla sijaitseva hieno asunto. Ranta oli mukavan lähellä (1km) ja myös ulkoilureitti. Asunto oli todella kodikas ja siisti ja viihdyimme siellä hienosti!

Wir haben 10 Tage in Robert & Robert’s Appartement verbracht. Vom Check-In bis zum Check- Out war alles perfekt. Top Wohnung / Ausstattung, sehr schöne Außenanlage mit Pool. Die Aussicht war perfekt. Sehr gepflegt und alles sauber. Robert & Robert Ihr wart Top Gastgeber und vielen lieben Dank für die Präsente. Es war mit unter die bestausgestattete Wohnung die wir je hatten. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Ich habe Malinis Unterkunft zusammen mit meiner besten Freundin für eine Woche gemietet. Wir waren super zu Frieden und die Wohnung sah toll aus. Es lohnt sich wirklich dort mal Vorbeizuschauen. Wenn man ein Problem hat, dann wird sofort geholfen und die gesamte Familie ist sehr hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend. Wir durften auch das kleine Restaurant von Malinis Ehemann kennenlernen, welches sich ausschließlich für Vegetarier und Veganer lohnt. Super lecker! Ich denke wir werden wiederkommen :)

Was für eine unglaublich schöne Villa! Bei weitem der beste Airbnb-Aufenthalt aller Zeiten. Es ist einfach wie zu Hause zu sein, ein schönes Haus in der Tat! Spektakuläre und funktionale Küche, Glas überall für einen herrlichen Blick auf den Pool und über die nahe gelegenen Hügel, vier super komfortable Schlafzimmer mit eigenem Bad, alle extrem sauber, alles einfach perfekt. Der beheizte Pool im späten Oktober ist ein Juwel. Am wichtigsten ist, Emma und Felix sind extrem freundlich, nett, flexibel und reagieren auf alle Kommunikation rechtzeitig. Mehr kann man sich nicht wünschen.

La villa était encore plus magnifique que sur les photos. Rajna est une hôte incroyablement attentive aux détails, qui se consacre à rendre chaque instant inoubliable. Tout était impeccable : la villa, la piscine, l’espace commun. C'est un véritable 1000/10. Nous nous réjouissons de revenir car c’est de loin le meilleur Airbnb de tous, tout simplement incomparable. We stayed for 1 week and wished we could stay another week. Everything was perfect. Communication with Andreas was quick and easy. He provided helpful information about parking and where we would meet Hana, who would take us to the house. Hana was fantastic. She met us at the car, helped with our bags, showed us the house, and provided great tips about nearby cheaper parking, grocery store etc. The house itself was amazing and is exactly as per the photos. Spread across 4 levels it provides lots of space for couples and larger groups. We ate breakfast outside on the terrace every morning. Couch in the lounge is super comfy, as are the beds. Each bedroom has an ensuite and there is another toilet downstairs next to the kitchen that also has a laundry. Located in the centre of Rovinj everything is within a few hundred meters walk. We could explore one minute, and be back home to relax the next. We would love to stay here again next time we are in Rovinj.

Der Aufenthalt war absolut hervorragend – die Unterkunft war makellos sauber, stilvoll eingerichtet und genau wie beschrieben. Die Der Gastgeber war äußerst freundlich, hilfsbereit und jederzeit erreichbar. Ich habe mich rundum wohlgefühlt und komme sehr gerne wieder. Uneingeschränkte Empfehlung!

Wir verbrachten eine wunderschöne Urlaubswoche im Ferienhaus von Gracijano. Wer Ruhe und Natur sucht, wird hier fündig. On top gibt es noch superniedliche freundliche Tiere zum liebhaben. Nicht nur Kinder kommen hier auf ihre Kosten ;) Das Ferienhaus ist ein Traum, man fühlt sich direkt wohl, als auch der der liebevoll angelegte Garten inkl Aussicht in die Berge und Pool lädt zum Entspannen ein. Die Gastgeberfamilie ist super freundlich, hilfsbereit und verwöhnte uns mit heimischen Köstlichkeiten. Wir haben uns fest vorgenommen, wiederzukommen.

Franko and his wife were cordial and gracious hôtes. Their house is in a beautiful and peaceful setting, 10mn up a winding road from Koper. Although walking to and from town would be challenging, parking is abundant and inexpensive in Koper, and Franko's house is a great base for exploring the area's attractions. We would be delighted to stay there again.

L'appartamento è molto bello e spazioso. Il letto molto confortevole. C'era l'area condizionata regolata molto bene, per cui si stava veramente bene nonostante il caldo torrido dei giorni che abbiamo alloggiato. L'appartamento è in una posizione meravigliosa, vicino ad una strada con dei locali molto belli, ma non era rumoroso per niente. Il bagno spazioso con antibagno, ozione molto comoda quando si viaggia in tre. Grazie

This place was super beautiful and spotless! Had everything we needed. The area was quiet but really nice and welcoming. It was also super easy and quick to get to the city center. I’ve been traveling for a while and booking places through Airbnb, and honestly, this is the best apartment I’ve ever stayed in. Fabio was also amazing — really understanding and let us leave our bags after checkout, which was super helpful. He was easy to talk to, super friendly, and always ready to help out. 100% five stars! I’d give more if I could :)

Very beautiful place with everything someone might need for a prolonged stay. It's a short walk from city centre that has an uphill part that might be a problem to someone with physical disabilities. Host was very friendly and communicative. 10/10 ☆ would recommend to my friends and would like to visit again sometime!

Donatella hat uns herzlich empfangen in ihrer gemütlichen Wohnung und viele Informationen gegeben. Die Ausstattung ist komfortabel und perfekt. Die Wohnung liegt mitten in der Altstadt mit kurzen Wegen zum Meer, den tollen Restaurants und vielen Sehenswürdigkeiten. Wir können das Apartment nur empfehlen!

Appartamento che ha confermato totalmente le nostre aspettative. Unici dettagli da segnare : Pavimento in legno (parquet) bellissimo ma un po’ troppo rumoroso quando lo si calpestava. Tende alle finestre difficili da utilizzare e scuri dai quali filtrava un po’ troppa luce. Ma sono veramente piccoli dettagli che non hanno assolutamente inficiato la bellissima esperienza vissuta! Consiglio assolutamente di soggiornare alla Maison !

Sehr süße Wohnung, liebevoll ausgestattet! Alles da was man braucht und noch mehr! Ausserdem total ruhig und schön gelegen. Zu Fuß erreicht man schnell das Zentrum und den Hafen mit vielen Restaurants, Bars und Shops! Die Kommunikation war super, die Tipps von Vedran richtig toll! Vielen Dank:)

This apartment was exactly as advertised, looking just like the photos and matching the description perfectly! We had a fantastic time; the space is not only beautiful but also very functional and comfortable for our stay. Katharina was an incredibly helpful and responsive host throughout our entire visit, and we will definitely be looking to book here again on our next trip!
