Monthly Rentals in Plymstock

Fabulous property! The view and backyard are unbeatable! There were nice treats to treat us upon arrival: a personalized sign, milk and a nice toffee bread. What a thoughtful and kind touch. The house is clean and well-equipped with all you might need. The kitchen is well stocked and there is a full sized washer and dryer. There is a park and waterfront within about a 7-10 mile walk down the hill. The area is quiet and feels safe. Self check-in was incredibly easy and the hosts were easily accessible, but never a bother. We would definitely recommend this listing!

Paul was an excellent host, great communication from him both before and during my stay. The property was exactly as in the photo's, ideal for my short stay and just a short walk into Plymouth City centre and the Barbican. The property was very clean and well presented, with a great booklet providing information. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and will definitely be contacting Paul for any future stays when back in Plymouth.

Laura was responsive from the beginning and replied to all our messages. The flat was as described, lovely and bright, the kitchen was functional and everything easy to find. The parking space is a real bonus, although a challenge if you have slightly bigger cars! It’s within reach of the city centre and the aquarium and Barbican areas. A lovely little hidden gem.

Louise and the accommodation were fantastic and none of our queries were too much trouble; she even let us pop our bags in early so we could get to our event on time. If I’m ever heading up Plymouth again I wouldn’t hesitate to reuse. Thank you so much. Strongly recommend!
