Stephenie and Chase have really made something special with their cottage in Sandwich! It’s beautiful, peaceful, and functional. It exceeded our expectations! The home is full of beauty, character and well cared for details, and the grounds are stunning and serene. We LOVED all of it!! The layout of the home worked perfectly for our family of 7 adults and 2 babies. There were plenty of rooms and spaces for all of our activities, and the kitchen was not only gorgeous, but also large enough for all of our baby bottle prep, food prep, etc. Communication was outstanding! From the moment we booked to the last day we were well cared for. The pre-stay welcome guide and messages (full of tips) helped us to prepare for the trip, and we referred to the guide throughout the stay. The house and location were wonderful! The house is really well maintained and has great amenities (grill, utensils for cooking, lots of linens/towels). We made use of the corner store and local beaches just a few minutes from the house. Host was extremely friendly and responsive during the stay. Would definitely recommend this place to others for a beach getaway!

Stayed for 3 nights at Scott’s house and it was terrific. House was very clean and kitchen was very well equipped. We loved the coffee station and the outdoor space. Great location near Cape Cod. House was as described and communication was great.😎

AMAZING!!! Booked here last minute for my graduation and birthday!! AND he left a gift for me 🥹!!!!! Beach is right across the street. Beautiful view from the second floor. Huge space upstairs- got a whole big group playing Just Dance on the TV together 😀😀😀

We enjoyed our weekend get away at Kara's. The bed was comfy, house had all the amenities we needed. We enjoyed sitting outside, listening to the birds and watching the bunny rabbits in the yard.

Perfect home for a family getaway, our little ones keep asking when we can go back! Walking distance to the pier, restaurants, shops and of course the Rock. There’s even a local brewery two doors down! Bustling during the day and very peaceful at night. We immediately felt at home in this cozy house, and Kathy was super helpful with any questions we had.

This house was spectacular. More amenities than I would have ever thought of. Gorgeous interior and exterior. The surrounding neighborhood is in need of regentrification but it’s extremely safe and quiet. Once in the home., it’s an oasis. Probably the best Airbnb I’ve stayed in (sample size about 10) Tony is extremely responsive and helpful. This was the perfect home for my daughter’s bridal party to get ready in and shoot pre wedding photos in. Also amazingly comfortable for my large family to stay in for the long weekend.

Thanks for another great stay! Perfect accommodation near downtown New Bedford, beach within a 15minute drive and a 10ish minute walk to the New Bedford ferry. Def recommend!! Be sure to stop at The Baker for breakfast and Moby Dick Brewery for dinner and a cold one ☺️

Very clean, modern basement apartment with great amenities. Two bedrooms with two extra foldout twin beds. Perfect for our visit with family in Braintree! Would stay here again in a heartbeat! Thank you for accommodating us.

This great little studio in Beacon Hill is in a perfect location and just as described! It's extremely clean and walkable to so many great tourist spots, as well as restaurants and coffee shops! It isn't called Beacon HILL for nothing - you are definitely walking uphill to get to the studio, and up a couple flights of stairs as well, so just something to be aware of. It was a great way to get our exercise though! I highly recommend Huanan's place!

We had a great stay at the Starfish Suite. We were in town for a girlfriends wedding and it was the perfect space for us. Carolyn was also very communicative and a great host!

Spotless, well stocked, and responsive host! The linens, towels, floors, furniture, and kitchen were all very clean and made for a comfortable stay. The kitchen was fully stocked with pans and utensils. Instructions for finding the place and checking in were easy and clear. We had a great stay!

This place did great for our small group. The location is perfect, the house instructions were easy, and checkout was a breeze. The kitchen was well stocked with coffee and tea (nice touch!) and the bathroom was stocked with soap, shampoo, toilet paper, and other amenities. I would be happy to stay there again.

We had a great stay! Quiet, safe neighborhood, easy to get to the city. Lots of space for the six of us to eat and relax together. Beautiful view of the Boston skyline just minutes walk from the place. Comfortable beds and soft sheets too! We also had no troubles parking nearby and leaving our car (for free) for our entire stay.

Very spacious and comfortable place, and as advertised. Excellent location for AndrewT station and therefore the rest of Boston. Very nice local park and beach within 5 mins walk.

This was the perfect location to enjoy the South End, and an easy walk everywhere (Copley, Prudential, Newbury Street). The place was comfortable and had everything we needed especially the fireplace on very cold May days. Leslie was incredibly responsive even on her special celebration weekend!!

We very much liked staying there. It is a nice neighborhood and very close to South Bay shopping mall with many restaurants and easy and convenient shopping. It is also very close to all major attractions in Boston but much quieter environment. Our host, Marian was extremely helpful, proactive and super responsive, the best we have had so far in our trips. I strongly recommend this place to families.

We had a great stay at this lovely place in East Boston. Everything was spotless and just as pictured. The hosts were also super gracious to let us check in early and store our luggage while we did some more sightseeing our last day.

Fabulous stay for a family from Texas with 2 kiddos under 10 years old. Super close to the T and easy to get to all the tourist sites in town. This is a homey place - not one of those sterile managed by a company places. We came home every night looking forward to movies on the couch after a long day in town. Very highly recommend!!

This was my 3rd visit to Boston and staying here made it the best one yet. The location was just outstanding. It is close to the airport so a quick rideshare got us there. Everything was within walking distance including the famous Freedom Trail just a few steps beyond our street. A short walk away was the heart of Boston including a T Station to take us to Fenway Park. Restaurants, bars and shopping surround the place, and we always felt safe walking around even late at night. An added bonus was the roof top sitting area. We got takeout from a great Italian deli and had a private romantic dinner under the stars.
