Michael was very responsive throughout the whole process. The place appeared exactly as it did in the photos. We felt right at home and wouldn’t hesitate to come back. Loved the proximity to the beach and the ability to watch sunrises and sunsets over the water within a few min walk of each other!

Serenity! Sarah’s house was such a peaceful spot with many nice touches in decoration and lighting. Although it was only half a mile from the nice little downtown, it felt very secluded. We stayed there because we had an event in the area, but we would go back for a quiet retreat. The house was well stocked, comfortable, and had enough space. The little things like enough pans, silverware, and paper towels were appreciated. Sarah was flexible and communicated well.

It was our 2nd time there and just as we remembered. Always a great time and feels like a home away from home. Eric is always responsive and a great host.

A lovely home with a lovely host! The house was well stocked, clean and the beds were really comfortable. Dawn was very responsive to any questions we had and very accommodating to our requests. We even extended our time for an additional week and it was a breeze. Beach is within walking distance and it was a nice local beach. Of course dog friendly is always a must for us and Izzy was welcome here. All in all a great stay in a great area! Highly Recommend. We will be back. Thank you for everything!!!!

terrific place and location. the house is very well equipped with all the little things you might need, well maintained, all with very good taste and the owner is super responsive. we left two small items behind but mistake and the owner kindly sent us those the next day. 💯

It was larger then what the picture made it look. it was beautiful and the pictures Don't do this place justice. I was very happy with my stay.

Best stocked kitchen in all the rentals we have had! Great location for our family, walkable to Veteran’s Memorial Stadium in Quincy and super peaceful area for a drink and cup of tea on the terrace facing a private garden. Not only was the property totally amazing, but Elle made it 10 times better by being the best host ever! This place was so peaceful, cozy, had absolutely everything we needed, and just a stones throw away from the water. It was easy to feel right at home with all of the amenities that are provided and our pup had so much fun in the big yard. Elle was extremely helpful and responsive. Check-in was a breeze. We loved are family stay at Paul & Katie’s home for Easter Week. It is a dream home . The neighborhood was beautiful and walkable, with a peaceful path to a private beach. We enjoyed the shops and restaurants in Mashpee Commons about an 8 minute drive away.

Thank you the place was awesome no complaints here me and the family had a great time and from some one that didn’t grow up seeing a place like this one this created a great memories for me and the family once again thank you.

Beautiful location and great house! We had a great time celebrating my 30th birthday with friends. The hot tub/pool is perfect for hanging out after sunset.

The Condo was clean & comfortable. Having two bedrooms with queen beds was perfect for us, and sharing the 1 bathroom worked fine. The price was better than most other options. It was peaceful, and very quiet during our stay (in early May). Having the pool available would be very nice in summer months.

We absolutely loved our stay! The house was charming and ideally located in a peaceful, quiet area. The highlight was definitely the easy beach access and the wonderful outdoor pool! While the beach water wasn’t the clearest, the serene atmosphere made it a perfect spot to relax and unwind.

Our group of 11 had a wonderful time! The home was comfortable for our group size and the property was peaceful and stunning. The brilliant sunrise over the water each morning was the perfect way to start the day. Maria was also a fantastic host— very responsive to questions and proactive with her communication. Can’t say enough positive things about our experience!

As described - great hidden gem in south Boston. Very nice pool and hot tub area for our family. The bakery and place called Crave up the street were great breakfast options!

Exactly as described... And Sloane was incredibly proactive. The community had a water outage the morning we were due to check in and she contacted us immediately -- it was completely resolved before we checked in and she stayed on top of everything for us. Patti and Nick’s home on the beach is a true gem: excellent design, fully equipped with everything you’d need, super comfortable in every way. We had a relaxing weekend away from everything and yet all amenities were easily accessible in town. Thanks for sharing this with us!

While the weather did not cooperate (it rained the entire time) the cottage and views made up for the weather. From the table to the couch the views are wonderful. The cottage is very well stocked from towels and blankets to the kitchen. We did not need anything that wasn't supplied. The bathroom is small but functional. The shower might not work well for a larger person. The neighborhood is quiet and feels very safe and peaceful. We enjoyed our long weekend and would book this cottage again.

Beautiful place to stay worth every penny

The house is very comfortable and updated tastefully. The location is perfect for beach access and just a short jump to Plymouth. A grocery store is only a couple minutes away by car. Diane and Jayce were fantastic hosts and put a lot of time and effort into making our stay perfect!
