Everything was as described and pictured. Very clean and comfortable. Choo was very responsive to texts. Highly recommend.

Everything was great. One opportunity- I called Erin regarding a fire alarm beeping which was somewhat annoying because it never stopped beeping but she never responded back to us.

Absolutely fantastic house for my family of 7! We loved the location and were sad when we had to leave. Ronda was very proactive in her communication and was always quick to respond with questions. We will definitely think about staying here again when visiting the Cape and would highly recommend to anyone who wants to visit Cape Cod!

The house and Tam were fantastic! Tam's attention to detail in both the house and how it was prepared for us made it super easy and stress-free to get settled. We had an amazing time!

The house and property were great! The house was exactly as described, but better. The house was immaculate which is something I really appreciate when I travel. The house was very comfortable and very well stocked. Comfy beds and couch. My husband forgot his toothbrush and was so happy to find a pack of them in the cabinet to avoid a late night run to a local store. The pond was great, we enjoyed fishing and kayaking! Our pup was very comfortable as well. Overall we had a great stay and really enjoyed the house, pond, and amenities. Jennifer was extremely responsive to the few questions we had. Great find!

The house was cozy, clean, and a great place to stay for our time in Cape Cod. Steven is very responsive and we had a fun and easy time there.

Our stay was great! The house was very clean and there were even bowls out for our dog. You have a great view of the water, perfect for watching sunsets. Very quiet and peaceful. Ryan was very quick to respond and also gave us some restaurant ideas in the area. The check in and check out process was also very easy. We look forward to our next visit!

terrific place and location. the house is very well equipped with all the little things you might need, well maintained, all with very good taste and the owner is super responsive. we left two small items behind but mistake and the owner kindly sent us those the next day. 💯

Our stay at Lisa's place was very pleasant. Her home is very nice with a lovely view of the lake and plenty of space for large families (we were only four people but can easily accommodate a few more). The neighborhood does not have a lot of car traffic which is great for walking and jogging around the lake. And it is also relatively close to Falmouth downtown and convenient stores. Lisa was very easy to communicate with and is very courteous and friendly. She really seems to care about her guests' comfortability. It was a pleasure dealing with her. Thank you, Lisa!

This was our second time staying at Peyton's Place and probably not the last! We love the homey, beachy vibe of the house. We can imagine all the family memories there. There's plenty to walk to and keep two teen girls entertained... the kayaks are much appreciated. Just steps to the beach makes it easy to pop home for lunch or go to beach for an evening walk. There's a new shop in town that I highly recommend... Tide and True. Stephanie is a very responsive and helpful host.

Exactly as described... And Sloane was incredibly proactive. The community had a water outage the morning we were due to check in and she contacted us immediately -- it was completely resolved before we checked in and she stayed on top of everything for us. Highly recommend visiting this cottage! Thank you, Sloane!

We had high expectations — but the reality of this extraordinary spot exceeded them on all fronts. So tastefully and carefully decorated, everything new and spotless. The kitchen fully outfitted with brand new equipment and appliances, the most comfortable beds we’ve ever slept in in any Airbnb or luxury hotel (and great linens and pillows), wonderful flow from room to room, new, beautifully designed and perfectly functioning baths and windows/blinds, stylish and comfortable seating on the deck (and indoors), with more brand new seating flowing out onto the lawn. But what topped all that design perfection was the site’s natural beauty. Such privacy out on the point and because the view is almost 360, and primary orientation is toward sunset, the view all around are deep and exquisite, flowing out over marshland, tidal rivers to the bay. That made for fun paddle boarding, and even a brisk swim! For nature lovers, the bird life was so rich and varied. Heaven on earth

We loved staying at "Shore Bet". It was in a great spot on the south part of Humarock. Beach entry close by. Front and rear decks for outside enjoyment. The grill was in great shape, and grilling on the back deck during sunset was magical. Everything was fantastic. The only things I'd comment on that weren't absolutely perfect, are nit-picky at best. I am a cook, so I'd have liked a few more knives, and another cutting board. See...NIT-PICKY! LOL. Truly a great place to stay that I'd recomment to anyone and everyone. Should we return to the area and "Shore Bet", or another of Jeff's properties are available, we will DEFINITELY stay there again. Thanks for a great place for our getaway, Jeff!

Lovely lake setting, nice to be able to go kayaking. Good central location for heading off in any direction for day trips. Convenient shopping and restaurants within a couple miles.

Michele and John are amazing hosts! The house is absolutely charming, clean, fully functional with all the comforts of home and nestled in a beautiful location. The sunsets were breathtaking. We loved watching the sunset sitting by the water’s edge. The pond is clean, fresh smelling and mesmerizing to watch at all hours of the day. Michele and John have a true treasure on their hands with this home and they treat it as such. They are very responsive, respectful, kind and full of local knowledge which is amazing and helpful. Trust fully in your decision to rent this perfect home that you feel you have escaped to a far away, tranquil paradise ~ but you are only minutes away from local fun activities.
