In the winter, you have direct access to the nearly 80 miles of groomed snowmobile trails maintained by the Sayner Barnstormers snowmobile club, via Woodlands Resort and accessing the trail system on Plum Lake. Plum Lake is 1000 acre, full recreational lake in Vilas County. Our tiny house is not on water but has 22' of sandy beach, lake access a short walk away.

We are on a 3 acre plot of land set back from Highway N with a dock on Plum Lake . We are 2 miles west of Sayner. There is a wonderful hiking and biking trail right across Hwy N in front of our place. The snowmobile trail runs there too and also down on the lake in front of us. There is a golf course up town, tennis courts and children's playground. The Sayne r Pub , uptown serves excellent food. There are several unique shops, 3 different churches and a fantastic museum.

It was beautiful, peaceful, cozy and had all of the amenities we could have asked for! Loved the lighting, helpful instructional signs, the sweet welcome package (thank you again!) and the recommendations for favorite waterfalls, wineries and breweries! We absolutely loved our stay at the Antler Inn. The fire pit was an added bonus and added to the charm. There was plenty of room and was warm and inviting. We would highly recommend it to everyone and would definitely stay there again.

We greatly enjoyed our stay! It was an up north oasis! The crisp winter air, the pines looking over the frozen lake, the fresh winter snow…perfection! The home was cozy and warm after a day outside. The beds were comfortable and the home was clean. We will be returning for a future weekend away!
