Simple and well-equipped accommodation that offers you an easy stay without extravagance. Normally reserved for a student rental, I offer it with ease at a price studied to satisfy all of us. If the clean linen is provided, it is up to you to make and strip the bed and if I don't ask for a cleaning fee it means you will be able to make the apartment as presentable as when you arrived. Of course, in case of any violation (I am just a man😁), you just have to be quietly exposed to your gesture and I will respond in good faith. I've been using Rbnb for many years and have been dealing most of the time with people who are respectful of the place and my performance, which is why I try to keep you happy.
