APARTMENT LOCATED 50 METERS FROM THE SEA

Come and rest and recharge your batteries in Audierne, a small seaside resort with 3600 inhabitants. Visit the Pointe du Raz, the Bay of the Dead (surfing), Pointe du Van and take the boat to the pier of Saint Evette and sail to the island of Sein. Walk past the lighthouse of La Vielle. After this good trip, sit down around some good pancakes or enjoy a good seafood platter. Then settle down in our 70 m2 apartment only 50 meters from the sea, where you can have a swim.

The duplex is furnished and equipped to high standards and perfectly located to explore the coast of Finistère. Penmarc'h is one of the most scenic towns of South Finistère and you can catch the most beautiful sunsets from the flat!

Located on the 2nd and top floor, in a quiet residence overlooking the port rhu, 51 m2 furnished tourist apartment. You can walk to the center of Douarnenez with all its shops, supermarket open from 7am to 9pm, the museum, ports, beaches… free parking next to the apartment, garage available for bicycles, and possibility to park in the garage. Please note, the garage is very small (see pictures).
