La piste cyclable qui passe devant la maison permet d'accéder directement à une belle plage de sable fin à 1km7, au GR 34, mais aussi directement au bourg et à ses commerces. Sa situation centrale permet d'être à proximité des diverses attractions et activités du pays d'iroise.
