Adjacent to our house located in a subdivision, it is nevertheless totally independent due to the configuration of the premises. Linens and duvets are provided, as well as towels. We are about 15 minutes from the Pink Granite Coast and Perros-Guirec. Lannion city center is a 10-minute walk from the accommodation, as well as the SNCF and Bus station and we are located on the Morlaix-Lannion greenway.

The kitchen is well-equipped and the living area is pleasant. The bedding is new and of very good quality.
