We are about 15 minutes from the Pink Granite Coast and Perros-Guirec. Lannion city center is a 10-minute walk from the accommodation, as well as the SNCF and Bus station and we are located on the Morlaix-Lannion greenway.

The kitchen is well-equipped and the living area is pleasant. The bedding is new and of very good quality. Small house close to all amenities, 5 min from the Bel Air area, food, clothing, pharmacy... 10 min from the beaches and downtown Lannion. The house is located in the same courtyard as our personal house, you will have a lawn area (shared) behind the house with children's games. We have a crib, changing table, and high chair. We offer an option of sheets at 10 euros per bed (with towels) if desired.
