Tiny cottage in the countryside!

We have just completed the renovation of this farmhouse that belonged to our grandparents. It is located in a very quiet environment, surrounded by fields and meadows, just 4 km from the shore. We are close to Plouescat village (1,5km), that offers all food stores and other little shops. Your four-legged companions are welcome, as long as they are peacefull with our own pets The cottage is adjoining our house with access and private outdoor spaces.

Independent accommodation

This charming accommodation is close to the town center of Folgoët and Lesneven (800 m from the city center), 12 minutes from Keremma beach. A large supermarket and various shops are close by. It consists of a 14 m² bedroom with a dressing room, sink and shower and a kitchen-WC room and small living room. You have access to the house's closed parking lot, as well as the garden and wooden terrace. The space is completely independent of the house.

The accommodation is located between Brest and Morlaix, ideal for discovering the Nord-Finistère. You can enjoy the calm of the countryside and the forest (hiking trail 50m away). Beaches are 12 kilometers away You will enjoy a large terrace equipped with a barbecue and a garden. The accommodation is equipped with bed sheets, towels, toilet paper, dish towels, sponge dish soap and garbage bag.

"Chez Gaston" is a typical Breton house located in an old farmhouse. Quiet in the countryside, less than 10 minutes from the coast (Dunes de Keremma, GR34 and the beaches) and the city of Lesneven where you will find all amenities. The house, refurbished in 2021, is fully equipped with new furniture and bedding. Bed linens and bath towels are available. Baby equipment upon request.

Plouescat, pretty stone house near the beaches

Our pretty Breton farmhouse (rated 3 stars by OT 29) was completely renovated in 2020 by us and we wanted to make it a warm and welcoming place while keeping the charm of the old by using materials such as stone, wood, hemp and lime. Located 500 meters from KERNIC Bay, the house is ideally located for cycling, hiking and water sports enthusiasts.
