The studio is in our house, so the daily noise should not bother you, but we are discreet. The entrance is independent.

Our "little piece of paradise" is close to the beach and shops (a grocery store 300 m away and the beach 500 m away). You will appreciate it for the comfort and tranquility, in a quiet area of the island. The 2 terraces will allow you to enjoy the sun from morning to evening. It is perfect for couples and families (with children). This is a great base for exploring the island! Please leave the house as clean as you found it on arrival!

The house is ideally located to enjoy the calm, the suspended terrace above the river is a plus. Many hiking trails are 2 steps from the house and you can enjoy the coast near Paimpol, Brehat Island, the Talbert furrow, Tréguier and the pink granite coast.

House close to beaches and city center: all on foot

Whether you go 150 m to the left or right when leaving the house, you will reach the coastal promenade, the thalasso, the old port or the city center of Roscoff. From the floor, you will see the Ile de Batz. This is a downtown house with a small walled garden, facing south. You will enjoy a supervised beach in summer, 500 m away. You can swim in a cove 150 m away, left or right!
