La Petite Maison is a 4 minute walk from a boulangerie (breakfast not supplied). Berrien is 5 mins drive from a supermarket in Huelgoat, and to its cafés, shops and restaurants on the lake. The cottage is located in the countryside on a highest point overlooking the valley and mountain of the Monts d 'Arrée. 30 Mn de Brest / Morlaix. Totally independent of the owners' accommodation, not overlooked with an enclosed and wooded park of 1200 m2 only for you. Important: the cottage has a maximum capacity of 4 beds. (2 adults and 2 children.) Either: one bed for two adults 140 x 190 and two 0.90 x 190 beds for children. * The cottage is not allowed for 3 or 4 Adults .

You will appreciate the magnificent sea view from all the rooms of the house and the garden which changes with the tides, the sun, the waves and the wind. You will have direct access to the fine, white sand beach of Menfig, which is not very crowded, especially in the mornings and evenings.
