Very nice, pleasant apartment. With everything you need for a very pleasant stay. Really next to the beach. Exchanges with Catherine Gres, friendly. The bonus is that there is a dedicated parking space, which, in my opinion, in high season, is very nice.

We stayed with Pierre for four nights on our tour of Brittany. The apartment is well equipped. You can walk to everything in Le Conquet as well as the beach. We would definitely come back and can recommend the place. Thanks to Pierre.

Second stay at Yann's, everything was perfect. I really like the decor and you feel very good in this apartment. Very well located in the center. For people who come by train, there are many things to do on foot, but it is possible to rent a car at attractive rates at Leclerc, 30 minutes' walk from the apartment at the top of the hill. This allows you to discover many more things in the Cap Sizun area and elsewhere. The outdoor area is very nice, surrounded by stones and plants. In short, it's quite possible that I'll come back a 3rd time.

Very nice rental in all respects in accordance with our expectations. House that has a history and a soul. It's perfectly equipped and you can feel that it's regularly occupied. Excellent stay in a tastefully renovated house combining the old and the modern. Ideally located for discovering the region, you are a 5-minute drive to Kermabec Beach (surf lovers you will be spoiled!) and the village of Plonéour-Lanvern. Don't miss the Percelay shop for its crepes and other Breton delicacies! Small plus of the house - the view from the floor with beautiful sunsets. Thanks again to Bertrand for hosting us. Bertrand and Sandrine are superb hosts and the cottage is great. Excellently equipped kitchen, lovely bedrooms and a nice private, secure and quiet south facing outside area. Great location for cycling out to Pointe du Raz and to the surrounding bays. Bertrand and Sandrine provided some great recommendations for local restaurants which we tried. Had a lovely stay. Everything is perfect for a quiet holiday with family or friends on the bay of Audierne: the view is exceptional, the house is carefully decorated in every detail, the kitchen is over-equipped for lovers of good food, the terrace is very pleasant, the garden is well maintained, ... beach and surf spot 5 minutes' walk ... small open-air café and creperie on the port 5 minutes' walk also .... and Yvette welcomes her guests with great kindness and a lot of availability

We had a pleasant stay with friends in this beautiful house, very well located for beautiful hikes, particularly well equipped and very clean. The kitchen is super functional, the bedding is extremely comfortable. The hospitality is great. We would definitely stay again!

We had a wonderful two weeks at Gael's house, where we felt extremely comfortable. Everything was sparkling clean, the reception very warm and especially the kitchen equipment exceptionally good for a vacation rental. The beds were super comfortable and the sea view from the bedrooms almost as beautiful as from the roof terrace, where we spent almost every evening. Gael was always available and helpful, no matter what it was about. We had a great recovery and will be back next year. Thank you again for everything and we are already looking forward to it!

An amazing comfortable home in a peaceful and tranquil location, providing a great base to explore the Douarnenez peninsula. The home has been constructed and maintained to a very high standard, and was spotlessly clean. The large open plan living area was very bright, light and sociable, with a large covered terrace to one side and lovely tranquil rural and river views to the other side. The large kitchen area was very well thought out and very well equipped for our stay of eight nights. Every aspect of self catering was covered and nothing was missing. Just perfect. We would love to return again to continue exploring this lovely region. Thank you.

Johann was very nice and always answered questions directly, even gave recommendations and was very helpful overall. The apartment is absolutely functional and as shown in the pictures and as described. The view is great. Clear recommendation!

We did not meet Marie-Pierre because she was traveling abroad during our stay but everything went well. I loved this apartment where I felt like I was at home, even if everything wasn't perfect. Clean but certainly in its original state, a refreshment will showcase it more, even a note for the residence. The rooms are rather large and well distributed, the whole is bright thanks in particular to the south orientation of the main room. The terrace also to the south is rather large for a city center, but deserves a little attention to be really nice. Small central and yet very quiet residence, ideal location for visiting Quimper on foot. The garage is also a plus, as long as you have a small car, otherwise he wants better, if possible, park in the street.

A big thank you to Magali and Michel for their hospitality and the quality of their accommodation as well as their wise advice. We had a great time. The layout of the accommodation is very good and the view from the terrace (large and well-equipped) is beautiful. Everything was great. We'll be happy to go back during our next stay in DOUARNENEZ.
