A lovely old cottage in Baden

A lovely old house in stone fully refurbished in full respect of tradition. Located in a large garden which includes the house of the host as well as 2 others rented houses. Several beaches around, the closest at 1500m. The village of Baden with shops is 2km away. Parking available in the property included a covered place for motos. Quiet place perfect to rest. Possibility to use bikes if available. Suitable for a couple or a family (the 2 bedrooms are communicating without a door in between)

WC au rdc et à l'étage, une cuisine équipée, un salon ainsi qu'un espace exterieur pour les repas autour d un barbecue . Je vous accueille chez-moi un petit studio très cosy Dans un endroit calme et reposant proches de commerces, à 20minutes des plages - Carnac Erdeven Sarzeau et à 10 minutes de l'ile de Conleau Ps : Je ne prend pas de frais de ménage II serait agréable de rendre le studio propre sinon il vous sera facturé 50€ Le studio n' est pas adapté pour les enfants en bas âges. Je ne fournit pas les serviettes Si besoin une participation de 10€ sera demandé à votre arrivée
