Work carried out at the beginning of 2024: creation of a 2nd bathroom on the ground floor with toilet and the 2 bedrooms upstairs are no longer in a row but separated. Near Fouesnant Bénodet Beaches, sleeps 4/5 people, 1 bedroom with 160 cm bed and bay window and 1 bedroom with bunk beds 140 cm at the bottom, 90 cm at the top equipped with bathroom + toilet. House and garden totally independent, no sharing except parking.
