Near Fouesnant Bénodet Beaches, sleeps 4/5 people, 1 bedroom with 160 cm bed and bay window and 1 bedroom with bunk beds 140 cm at the bottom, 90 cm at the top equipped with bathroom + toilet. Charming studio with mezzanine, located in the heart of the city of painters made famous by Paul Gauguin and the painting school of Pont-Aven. The studio is located in a wing of our house and you have two entrances to access it. You have an outside dining area at the foot of the staircase and a terrace with garden furniture and deckchairs. The garden and terrace can be lit in the evening. You are 200 meters from the city center and the museum and very close to the port.

The house is well-equipped, the beds will be made upon your arrival, and towels and kitchen linens are provided. To access it, you will take 4 large steps. All local shops are 800 m away. Our main residence is on the same property (Dogs accepted upon request)
