My villa is close to the beach, the port (50m) and restaurants with lovely views of the sea and the port. Its excellent south exposure makes it sunny and sheltered from the wind which allows lunch very often outside plancha or barbecue. My place is good for couples, solo travelers and families (with kids). Downstairs is Ker Nelly's garden with children's games where you can walk them before going to the 2 nearby beaches or go fishing on foot.

We are about 15 minutes from the Pink Granite Coast and Perros-Guirec. Lannion city center is a 10-minute walk from the accommodation, as well as the SNCF and Bus station and we are located on the Morlaix-Lannion greenway.
