Chris and his wife were truly outstanding hosts—warm, welcoming, and always ready with a friendly chat whenever we crossed paths. They went above and beyond to offer helpful local tips and personalized recommendations, which made our stay even more enjoyable and stress-free. The property itself was in a perfect location—peaceful, scenic, and conveniently situated for exploring the area.What really stood out was the thoughtful attention to detail throughout our stay. Their dogs were some of the sweetest and most well-behaved I’ve ever met. One of the nicest surprises was when they gifted us some Petoskey stones, which made the stay feel even more special and thoughtful. The place felt very welcoming and was definitely worth the price. I’d happily stay here again and recommend it to others.

Great place to stay if you’re traveling to boyne or the highlands! We will definitely be looking to stay again in the future. Great place to stay and unwind after a long day of being outdoors.

The cabin/chalet was acceptionally clean and comfortable. The views were beautiful out all the windows. We thoroughly enjoyed both cozying up and exploring local shops and nature. Our stay was short, but the list of things to do was long! Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will definitely book again in the future. Hosts were extremely responsive and very helpful! The location was perfect and the pictures didn’t do it justice… gorgeous A frame. We did a ton of hiking just minutes from their place.
