Beautiful loft with a living room, dining room, full bathroom and bedroom on the first floor. Three bedrooms on the second floor and two full bathrooms. The master bedroom has a full bathroom and the other two bedrooms share a full bathroom. Come relax, enjoy the breeze of the ocean and the sunset views. The apartment is on the 1. high floor of the Altamar 2 building and has a breathtaking ocean view. It is suitable to comfortably accommodate 6 people. It has exclusive parking. We are 5 minutes away from the shopping mall. The direct exit to the beach is perfect for morning walks along the beach. We have covered places on the beach that can be used for various activities. IMPORTANT: Due to the gated community policy, only guests without criminal records will be accepted.

Have fun with the whole family and friends in this stylish place with wood decor, harmony, and art that will relax your senses. With total security and privacy. Located in Villamil Playas in the Mediterranean tower of the Ocean Club, 18th floor in “The second best climate in the world”. I promise you that you won't regret choosing to stay with us. For me, staying there is the ideal relaxation because of that wonderful view where the sea and sky come together in infinity.
