Very good place, great service!

The pictures really don’t do this place justice—it’s much better in person. The view from the apartment is absolutely stunning. We had been staying at a much more expensive hotel next door, and their view couldn’t even compare. Nor could their service! The apartment itself is spacious and has all utilities you need. The balcony is larger than it looks in the photos, and we loved spending time out there just relaxing. It’s located at the end of the main strip, which means it’s quieter and more peaceful—something you will appreciate after busy days out. It’s still just a minute away from a strip though. Also there is a beach which sea lions nearby!! Just walk towards Charles Darwin center. It’s close and people were snorkeling there. Lucia was amazing, easy to reach and incredibly helpful throughout our stay. She owns a café right in the building on the second floor, and we ended up eating there every day. The food was delicious!! I highly recommend this place to stay.

What can I say… all the other reviews on Brandt’s space say it all. I just wish I had a few more days. Great space & energy. The dogs also are wonderful. I will be back :-)

An excellent experience in Christian's suite. It is a very nice, modern and well located space in a quiet, nice area full of restaurants and cafes to visit. Everything was great. 100% recommended.

My stay at the place was very good overall, I felt comfortable and the space met what was expected. Everything was clean, well organized and the atmosphere was pleasant throughout the stay. I just want to mention a couple of details that could be improved for future visits - one of the inflatable mattresses was not working properly so it could not be used. Also, it would be helpful to have some extra bedspreads, especially if the weather gets cooler at night. Other than that, everything was great. I appreciate the hospitality and would definitely consider coming back. Thank you for everything!

Very comfortable and conveniently located with a spectacular view of the hill. Definitely a quiet place, for my part I can say that no noise was heard from the 9th floor, which is where the apartment is. Equipped enough even for long stays. Being able to use the amenities is something to highlight in the building despite being a short-stay guest. I really liked the view!!!

We had an amazing time in this small paradise by the sea, quiet and a few steps from the center of Mompiche! The view is amazing, the rooms are nice and there is everything you need in the kitchen! And Roger welcomed us with a big smile, was very available, flexible and spoiled us with garden delights! We are won over by this place, and will come back without hesitation!!!! We enjoyed our stay in Javier's beautiful apartment. He was always available to answer our questions. The three king size beds were very comfortable and the air conditioning worked great. The kitchen has everything you need. There was even a water filter! It was nice being right on the beach. We felt very safe at this property and the club was wonderful.

A highly recommended place, it is located in a central area with access to supermarkets, the Zona Rosa and restaurants. The place is impeccable with a beautiful view, ideal for relaxing. The host is very attentive to any concerns and is very friendly and if he doesn't have a rental, he allows you to check in before check-in time I will always be back!!!

A very good place to stay. Ideal for a holiday. The pool is a good size and the direct exit to the beach is very useful. The instructions were clear and check-in is independent. The kitchen was fully stocked. It's a place I'd come back to!
