This unique property 20 miles south of Rosarito sits on the Baja coast inside one of the area's premiere gated communities. Just 1 mile north of Villas Paraiso, the 4-story beach home provides 3 separate guest suites on the 1st floor just off an outdoor kitchen/patio with a large (huge!) blue-tile fountain. The Blue Casita includes satellite TV, a ceiling fan, AC, a phone, a radio, a private bath, and a kitchenette. To enjoy ocean views and a lounge, guests take the elevator to the 4th floor.
