We visited this property and hated leaving it for our LA activities. The house itself is a destination worth visiting. The property was very retro feeling and made me imagine famous 70s movie stars partying here long ago. The views are spectacular and make you California dream. We will be back!

The house is massive and the pictures don't do it justice! The open layout from the entry all the way through the living room, dining room and family room has a great flow. The skylights in the high ceilings provide great natural lighting and such a spacious feel. This house is perfect for a family with kids or several couples. The huge dining table is perfect for group meals and the refrigerator/freezer are extra large. The house is in the perfect neighborhood--close enough to the main streets that you could walk but so quiet. We stayed for a month and we are sensitive to noise and were never once disturbed. From the bbq grill to the hottub, the outdoor space/landscaping is beautiful and very clean. Andy was our primary host and was extremely responsive. He even proactively reached out to us before we checked in to make sure all of our needs were met and even went the extra step to perform a specialized cleaning on the sofas as our kids have allergies/asthma. 5 stars all around!

The neighborhood is very cute, peaceful, and centrally located. We walked to a concert at the Hollywood Bowl and it was so much easier than dealing with the crazy parking and traffic at the venue. Enjoyed sitting next to the pool with coffee in the morning looking at the lovely garden and hummingbirds. It’s a great spot and would recommend for anyone visiting the area.

Good place for a family trip. We did some cooking in and also walked to restaurants. Coffee place’s nearby also. Beds comfortable. Backyard fun for the grandkids

It’s rare that you step foot into a house and feel at home. And that’s exactly how I felt the moment I entered. Everything was perfect. From hopping on a call with me before I was there to making sure I had everything I needed during my stay. I thoroughly enjoyed spending time here and I definitely want to return again. Ari’s place is fantastic. I sat out in the patio every morning listening to birds and having coffee. Nice quiet cul de sac. House was exactly as photos represented. Amenities and kitchen and bathrooms were resort level. Great place and I’ll be back! Thanks Ari.

When the original unit we were planning to rent was unexpectedly not available due to the tenants being unable to return to their fire damaged home in LA, Fawaz and Nicholas offered an alternate unit arrangement for us that was even better than our first pick- which is hard to believe- All of their units are amazing! Beautifully decorated, with all the amenities needed including a gift basket ; private patios with water features and comfortable furniture; quiet peaceful walkable locations with many great restaurants close by and easy access to local attractions and airport It was a perfect stay and Fawaz and Nicholas were the perfect, most responsive and accommodating hosts I highly recommend their Jackson Ave properties! We will be back!

This place is absolutely stunning, with one of the most beautiful front and back gardens I’ve ever seen. The backyard was a peaceful spot to relax, and the pool added quite a bit of luxury. I didn’t meet Geoff, but Daren was incredibly warm and welcoming—easily one of the best hosts I’ve had, striking the perfect balance between friendliness and giving space. Has the basic kitchen essentials, hot plate in a drawer, kettle, toaster oven, microwave, wine fridge; it’s PLENTY for a short stay. The guest house feels closely connected to the main home, and the vibe was nothing but positive! I’d stay here again in a heartbeat—10/10 experience

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Mylbra’s place. It is definitely a pearl in LA area. The location is perfectly private, quiet and really safe. We had everything we needed at the unit. Mylbra was very responsive and super kind. Check in was easy and flexible. We loved the view, the pool and the patio, Mylbra’s wonderful dogs and also all the peacocks of the neighbourhood. We’ll definitely come again. Thank you so much Mylbra for letting us stay at your place!

The property was in the hills of Topanga Canyon. Quiet except for the bird symphony. Beautiful surroundings and very private. Lynn was extremely accessible and house was clean and well equipped. I'll be back soon!

We had a great stay at Stephen's place. It has a fabulous view, it was very clean, and the beds were comfortable. But the best part is the pool and hot tub!

Her sweet pets greeted us warmly, which made the stay even more special. There were no loud noises, no miscommunication—just peace, comfort, and great vibes the entire time. Breanna was an excellent host, and we truly appreciated the thoughtfulness and care she put into making our stay so enjoyable. We’ll definitely be coming back—highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone looking for a perfect getaway!

By far one of the cleanliest, comfortable, private yet walkable, convenient but felt like exclusive luxury places I’ve experienced through this app.

My stay at The Venice Love Lodge was great! On nice quiet street it was easy for me and my two dogs to walk the neighborhood. The Love Lodge is very nice and clean is very well stocked with pans, dishes and utensils so we were able to stay in and cook (Ralph’s grocery store was nearby). Although it has been updated even has usb-c ports at the wall outlet this 1940’s era house was great. The TV has an APPLE TV box and you can log in to your account to watch your content (just remember to log out when you leave). I felt very safe walking around and safe parking on the street. The bicycles are in good working condition and was fun riding around. Personally I preferred a Waymo ride to the Santa Monica pier and Venice Boardwalk (theAI car drove better than some of the other rides shares and was slightly cheaper. Overall had a great time and will do again when I can. Thank you Arron and Monica for the use of the Venice Love Lodge.

This guesthouse is an absolute gem! The tree-lined street felt so peaceful and warm. The guesthouse was very easy to check in to. You step into a charming entryway with the bathroom on the first floor, then head up a staircase to a cozy, light-filled living space. So peaceful, beautifully kept, and full of character. Sara was amazingly responsive and accommodating!

I booked this home for my friend who just came to LA. And she said it’s the perfect place to stay and feel the vibe. Rebecca is very responsive and friendly. 10/10

Had a comfortable stay at Alisa’s place and would stay here again. Alisa was a responsive host and even had trash bags dropped off when I needed more. The gated parking is a plus. There’s a nice shopping center across the street with all you could need. One thing to note is that the unit faces a gas station and a big intersection so it can get noisy during the day from the road noise.

We had a wonderful stay with our family, including a toddler and an infant. Amber and Cameron went above and beyond, providing two pack-and-plays and a highchair, which made things so much easier for us. The house was cozy, clean, and tidy. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and despite being near a busy street, the home was surprisingly well-insulated from any noise. We loved having access to the garden, and the convenient parking out back made traveling with kids effortless—plenty of space for our large SUV. The location felt safe and was perfect for our needs. We would absolutely stay here again!

My stay at Daniel’s AirBnb was very nice! The location is perfect and close to so many West Hollywood bars, restaurants, etc. the AirBnb itself has an amazing patio area with TVs, fire place, and a jacuzzi. Would definitely recommend staying here!

Great place to say for a weekend getaway. It was a perfect distance away from Sofi Stadium. Went to a concert and it only took us 15mins to get back with traffic. The place is really nice and well kept.
