Beautiful house with all the necessary equipment. There's absolutely nothing missing. A warm welcome from Manuel, his Dad, who lives right next door. He was very generous and kind. We really enjoyed the exchange we had with him. We would have put in double the points if we could. If we come to the area again, we won't hesitate to come back.

Thank you Soni, we had a beautiful time at your place. Would highly recommend for anyone looking for peace and beautiful surroundings. I would say a car is essential if staying here. Beach was incredible. Apartment had everything you need and more. Soni is so helpful and responsive. Highly recommend this place. Super comfy beds too.

My wife and I travelled to Valencia for treatment at IVI and needed to extend our trip at short notice and were looking for a place to stay a short drive from the clinic. Paloma answered all of my questions immediately and the booking was sorted within minutes! For the next week this home became our refuge and Paloma’s support and kindness was immeasurable. We felt instantly at home here. The place was very well taken care of and full of character. As collectors ourselves, we were delighted by the antiques and art. It felt like a museum full of discovery. Paloma was super responsive, always very helpful and replied to all questions and requests immediately. She was accommodating and flexible and we couldn’t have asked for a better host. The location was beautiful, walkable in all directions with no shortage of activities. There was even a 5k running track starting at the flat and following along the bio park which was such a joy for me. As a woman, the area felt safe at all times.

Fantastic place and a great host. Very spacious and in a great location. Within 8 to 10 minutes walk you have options for pretty much everything.

Absolutely recommended!! Were immediately warmly welcomed and everything was explained. Super nice place to stay where we felt right at home. Everything very clean and nicely designed. Check-in and check-out were hassle-free. We even got tips on where to eat. The amenities were perfect. You have everything you need. The owner also provided us with snacks and drinks upon arrival. We will be happy to come back.

Very nice place to stay. Rozana and Cristobal are wonderful hosts. However, there is no second bedroom but only an area for one person separated by curtains from the living-dining area. But that was OK for us. We felt comfortable and enjoyed the morning swimming in the sea. Accommodation is about 30 minutes from Valencia. The stalls of the local farmers on the way are also very great. Here we can buy freshly harvested fruits and vegetables. Very tasty. Thanks again Rozana and Cristobal. We'll be back!

Maria's place is in a great spot in town with access to everything you could want. The home itself is well appointed and feels very homey. Our family of 4 including 2 small children were very comfortable.

Eugenia was fast to respond, accommodating and the place was close to the beach and a couple stations by which we could get to the centre in no time.

Perfect stay in a perfect location!

Carls Apartment is in the perfect spot to explore Valencia. We worked remotely a couple of days and basically spent the whole day on the terrace! The sunroof is perfect to give you a nice cosy spot to work while having a great view. The apartment was also very clean and it was really easy to communicate with Carl. Can recommend!

Our stay at JuanAn and Silvia’s place was wonderful, the apartment looks exactly like the photos and what we found during our check-in was even more than what we expected. They have put something to eat and to drink for the breakfast and a fresh bottle of water in the fridge. Everything was very clean and smelled great. We enjoyed our stay so much we will book again at their place as soon as we can come back!

An absolute gem in the heart of Jávea Port - unbeatable sunrise views to wake up to everyday, and the apartment itself is gorgeous. Located above lots of great restaurants & short walk to supermarkets, however you still feel tucked away in your own little sanctuary. Absolutely loved my stay & will definitely be back ☺️ Inge was a perfect host, as flexible as possible with check in/ check out & very helpful with recommendations - thanks again!

Pedro, the host, was very friendly, accommodating and flexible for example with our check in and out times. Any communication was effortless and fast and you got the feeling you were well taken care of. The location is great for walking, running and many water sports. Also, there is a great restaurant El Turco close by. We stayed at the end of February so it was off season and this affected opening times of small beach shops. For example the bakery next door was closed the whole week and the small shop downstairs had shorter opening hours. We had a car so it did not matter since it was very easy to do shopping for example in Pucol.

We have only the most pleasant impressions of the apartment. Since we were with a small child, it was important for us that everything was within walking distance and that it was quiet. We found all this there. We lived in a quiet neighborhood, no one bothered us, you could walk to the sea in 5 minutes, to the supermarket in 7. It was perfect for us. The apartment is very well-maintained, clean and tidy. There was everything you needed to cook. Since we arrived late at night, the hosts carefully left us a potato pie, muffins, tea, coffee and clean water, which was very useful. Alejandro gave us all the necessary instructions the day before arrival, which helped us get into the house without any problems, connect to the Internet and navigate the area. We felt at home in his house, we were cozy and comfortable. I wholeheartedly recommend this house. If we decide to return to Valencia again, we will undoubtedly choose this house to stay in. M Dolores was a super nice host! Her Apartment was clean, beautiful and quiet. The next supermarket and beach are only 12 minutes by foot away, so feeling rested and good was very easy. The main area of Valencia was 30 minutes by uber away. Gym and pool are entered by an app, which was a bit complicated while staying there, but still manageable. All in all I can definitely recommend this apartment as well as Dolores as host for staying in and around Valencia. :)

We loved the location, service, decor and comfort. They thought of everything which was so nice given how tiring it can be to arrive after a long international flight. The team also helped me book a salon appointment and were very responsive. Thank you for the wonderful stay!

Harald’s place, right in the heart of Ruzafa, is such a perfect location from which to venture out and see Valencia. Most things are only a :20 walk, including the old city, the Grand Market, La Lonja, the Micalet, and even the Calatrava Palace of Arts & Science. But Ruzafa is also buzzing with nightlife, great restaurants, and culture. And, there’s an awesome market - Mercado De Ruzafa - about a one minute walk up the road. We stayed here for a week while chaperoning our son who was at a local camp. My husband and I ventured out most days and then he worked remotely during the evenings. We couldn’t have found a more perfect, comfortable, safe, fun, and all-around fantastic place than Harald’s. (@Harald - Thank you for letting us stay at your place and for answering some of our more unusual questions about what life is like living in Valencia! Your place is great, comfortable, and we love your design aesthetic!!)

Juan is particularly welcoming, friendly and caring. The apartment is perfect: quiet, with a great unobstructed view, close to a huge park, very well-equipped and very clean. The bedding is extremely comfortable. Everything was perfect, down to the smallest details: coffee, drinks, milk, cakes, shower gel, shampoo, medicine cabinet, etc. I can only warmly recommend Juan and I will rent his apartment again without hesitation. Thank you so much, everything was great.

We were delighted with the place, the beach a few minutes away on foot and we were able to use the pool as well. The apartment is very well equipped, spacious and clean. Everything is excellent 😃

Casa Desiré was perfect for our stay. Centrally located, we could walk to anything in the city or easily get an Uber or Taxi to travel to see our son’s soccer games outside the city. There is so much to walk and see from this location. The accommodations were clean and comfortable. We enjoyed spending time on the terrace every evening, watching people below and listening to the music from the street performers as they performed in the plaza. The terrace was perfect for relaxing with a glass of wine or beer after walking the city. It is close to grocery stores, shops and restaurants. Communication with the host was wonderful. Desiré recommended some great local pubs for watching soccer matches. The bed was very comfortable and we slept well during our stay. There is street noise from below, as it is located in the city center, but the noise was never an issue for us. The Central Market was so close, and had great local food. For us, this is definitely a 5 star accommodation!

The apartment and its hosts are great. You feel at home, and in a Valencian home. You can get from here to both the beach and the old town. Highly recommended!

From arrival to departure, our stay with Pilar was excellent. We were warmly welcomed by her and received helpful tips and recommendations for our short vacation in beautiful Valencia. The apartment was sparkling clean and we immediately felt at home. On foot you can get everywhere in a short time, it is also very easy to organize bicycles or taxis to explore the area. We felt very comfortable at all times and would definitely recommend the apartment. Thank you!

The apartment has all the utensils and amenities available and everything was working very well. Excellent location! It would be back for sure!

I can completely recommend this apartment. From its new build to the efforts the owners put in on the small details to ensure you walked into a perfectly presented place to spend valuable vacation time. They took time out to welcome us and were considerate and responsive when questions asked. Beach access and walkable restaurants is within easy access . I noted the neatness and care and attention taken in the arrangement of the facilities. Also the welcome bowl of fruit, water in fridge and coffee/biscuits that were left for us. For those who want to mix restaurant eating and self catering, there is a supermarket in walking distance to stock up if needed . Would be happy to return to same place when visiting Valencia again in the future
