Exquisite Ambiance in Tenerife Sur.

Beautiful semi-detached house, on one level with private garden and porch, perfect for romantic getaways, situated in a private and very quiet residential area. There are lots of common areas and a solar-panel heated pool. This apartment has been completely refurbished with a minimalist and modern style. The bedroom has a king-sized bed, LCD 26" TV, and a large wardrobe. Living-room with a 42" LCD TV, home cinema (with option of connecting to a laptop) and a very comfortable sofa. It has an American-style fully equipped kitchen, large bathroom with shower and ambient lighting throughout the house. Located in the south of Tenerife with 85% sunny days per year and an average temperature of 25º. 100 meters from the apartment there is a stunning inlet and natural pool, and about 2 kilometers from a protected natural area where you can go hiking, snorkeling, and swim with giant turtles!

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. Playa Paraiso is a quiet, but touristically attractive location in Costa Adeje in the south of the island. It is suitable for quieter guests who do not like too many tourists and cars. Our apartment is located right by the sea, between the hotels Hard Rock , Roca Nivaria. Beautiful studio in Playa Paraíso with an amazing sea view towards La Gomera Island. Completely equipped and renewed. Swimming pool and access to the beach. A lot of bars, restaurants and supermarkets. The new Hard Rock Hotel just in front. ATTENTION: From 16th of June 2025 until the end of the year, the pool will be CLOSED due to renovation works.

The place was perfect for us as a couple. The garden out to the sea is beautiful and you have your peace. The apartment is well-equipped if you want to cook yourself and you have everything you need. The Internet is fast enough for work and everything is very clean. Communication with the host is great. We would come back right away. Thank you

Elena is a very responsive and welcoming host. She responds to all our requests very quickly. the accommodation is nickel and very accessible on foot sea restaurant shops i recommend the restaurant in Rosa center, workshop 78 is excellent as well as coktails. we will come back without a problem

We had a wonderful stay at Paradise Adeje Residences in Tenerife! The apartment was clean, modern, and is one of the best equipped Airbnbs we’ve stayed at - it had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The space was bright and airy with a lovely sun terrace to relax on, and the pool area was perfect for unwinding in the sun - albeit the loungers are in need of upgrading. The location was great too — peaceful, but still close to shops, restaurants, and beaches. Check-in was smooth, and the host was really friendly and helpful. We would definitely recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway in Tenerife.
