The apartment is part of a beachfront holiday accommodation (in Cancun Puerto Juarez). It has a separate entrance from the street as well as from the side facing the pool. SMART TV, sofa, coffee maker, stove, refrigerator, microwave, reading lamp, AC, ceiling fan, mosquito net, etc. 16 security cameras, only in common areas. The nearest public beach is a 10-minute walk (Playa del Niño).
