Everything was very good, we liked it a lot, we will definitely return, the only detail that I would perhaps like is the hot water, since I have children, sometimes they want the water a little warmer, but everything was very good and always attentive to any questions, we felt right at home.

It's a very cozy place, Blanca was always available to answer any questions. The beach club is a delight and the prices of snacks are affordable, the water in the condominium pool is not cold and that is wonderful. Definitely a great place.

The apartment is very nice, it's like being at home, very clean, a very quiet area, and close to the best beaches and shopping centers, as well as restaurants, a place where you can really vacation, the pool is wonderful, but above all, Enrique's attention was excellent, he was always in contact with us, always attentive to what we needed, truly the best host, always giving options to visit and to have an incredible stay, always attentive to everything. The experience was excellent: the place was super clean, (new house in a gated community with security) conveniently located, comfortable and with all the details well thought out for a pleasant stay. I stayed with friends, we really liked being able to spend most of the night in the private pool with music.

Villa de Natalia is amazing. The area is super safe. It's the ideal villa to spend time with family. Mrs. Edith, who helped us with meals during our stay, makes everything easier when you travel in a group. Everything was delicious, great service.

This is the second time I have stayed at Lourdes' place and I would definitely come back for a third time. The pool is very large for swimming and spending time with the family. The amenities of the house, such as billiards and foosball, make you not want to leave the house. Perfect for grilling meat or going out to eat at the many restaurants near the place. Ideal for large families with large rooms and bathrooms, all with air conditioning and spacious places like the living room, kitchen and dining room. Definitely one of the best houses in Acapulco

This is the second time I have rented the apartment. In my experience, it is a quiet, central place, close to the beaches, the pool has warm water, it is actually still a good experience, Javier is very attentive.

The apartment is very nice and clean, it matches the photos but being there was even better. The location is very accessible, as is the staff in the condominium. Mr. Francisco very kindly sent us the weather forecast, which apparently was going to be kind of bad that weekend, and he offered to change the date. In the end, we took the risk of going and everything was excellent. We'll definitely be back to the accommodation 😃

Karla was always attentive, very friendly and giving us recommendations for pools; a great, great host! Everything was excellent! Great apartment, spacious spaces, excellent view and terrace! Very good gym too! Only the A/C in the bunk bedroom seemed not to work, but it worked with the rest of the apartment. Great and super fun facilities and options for kids! 100% recommended in every way!
