Excellent place to stay, the apartment looks much better in person than in photos, everything was amazing and the host was very accessible in terms of schedules, I highly recommend it

Excellent apartment and location, it is larger than what you see in the photos, the hosts were attentive all the time answering questions and providing support, the apartment is close to the entrance so it is easy to access, the entire complex has 24/7 security. Some police officers have a bad temper, but most are friendly. The pool is heated and clean, it would be a great plus if pets were allowed there and in the common areas, but the rules of the residential complex do not allow it. Definitely a place we'd go back to.

Our stay was extremely pleasant, my family and I loved it, the water in the heated pool was super nice, we had the Jacuzzi in front of our room and we could watch our son play, clean towels for both showering and going to the beach club, the things offered by the restaurant in that subdivision are affordable prices and very good food, it was a great mini vacation to celebrate my mom's, mother-in-law's and sister's 10th birthday, as well as for me, I recommend it 100%, a quiet place to enjoy without getting bored, thanks to the hosts Marissa and Mari Carmen, always kind and attentive

Amazing accommodation, of the best airbnb that I have gone to, rdo miy linoio, the house has everything to have a great time, the bed and pillows are very comfortable, the darkness is great for sleeping, the pool is very good, very comfortable, the kitchen fully equipped, the area and the colony very well, even the nearby beaches are very good, Walmart and Soriana 5 minutes away and an oxxo 24 hours right at the entrance of the colony, everything super well.

A great place to go as a family, we really enjoyed the place and the amenities. Karla, the girl Yared recommended to us for cleaning and excellent food service, very tasty cooking, I highly recommend her. The place is very clean, well decorated, the development facilities are in very good condition and above all, Yared's flexibility for entering and leaving his property is greatly appreciated. Insurance we're back!

We rented this apartment so we could be with our daughter and her family for a vacation at the beach. The apartment was a great fit for the 7 of us and it was well equipped to meet our needs. It was a lovely place to be and the pool by the beach provided not only a beautiful place to swim, but the ability to see and hear the ocean. There was beach access also. Beto was extremely attentive and responsive to the needs that came up..an excellent host. We would definitely return.

Excellent service, very good host. Super clean facilities and a safe area. He gave us recommendations for places to go and responds to any unforeseen events. The pool is large and clean.

Mrs. Ivonne was always extremely polite, and communicated with us before, during and after our stay. He always asked if we were okay or if we needed anything. And during our stay, he always wished us well. The only thing is that although he gave us all the directions, map, photos, etc. to get to the development, since the Beach Club is across the street, it's a little confusing to know which is the access to the Club, and which is to the apartments, depending on the direction you arrive on the road. Other than that, everything is excellent!

It is a very good accommodation, totally recommended, only if you are going to go to the beach that is nearby, I recommend that you only go from afar, the waves are very rough. I recommend that you look for other beaches, the one that is near the club, not because the waves are very high and they are not easy to control, my mom and my grandmother lost their cell phone in it and they were not even near the sea, but as far as the accommodation is concerned, it was very good, it is a private one so I felt safe at all times and the guards are very friendly

Second time staying at La Isla Residences and again it was a great experience. Alvaro's apartment is on the ground floor, just a few steps from the sea, which makes it very accessible and practical. Unlike other Airbnbs, here the cleaning was daily, which kept the place always spotless. Alvaro was very friendly, attentive and communicative throughout the stay. We traveled with our dog without any problems from the host, however, the condominium has no pet friendly policies. Most of the guards were rude and unempathetic, even when no rules were violated. This created awkward moments. The service of the staff in general could be improved, as few are friendly. Even so, the service from Alvaro and the tower management team was excellent. I highly recommend the accommodation, but if you travel with a pet, it is important to know the condominium's restrictions well to avoid bad times.

It was a highly recommended, family-friendly place to spend a few incredible days. Happy family, thank you for always being on the lookout.

Everything went perfectly. Orderly, safe access and the apartment was clean and pleasant. Don't forget that you have to bring a cash deposit of 5k for reception (it can take you off guard if you don't usually carry cash). Our host was very accessible and always attentive. Thank you!

Probably one of our best vacations ever. Rebeca's place was clean, comfortable and best of all, about 50ft from the beach with beautiful pools in between. Definitely plan on staying again at Rebeca's.

Excellent place, clean, comfortable, everything works and Victor is always attentive and answers quickly.

Everything was very good with Gabriela, quick and effective communication to deal with issues, only one issue with the air conditioning that was quickly resolved. The accommodation is quite good and its restaurant is worth it if you don't want to go out. I'll stay again.
