Die Villa ist ein einziger Traum. Wir haben wirklich jede Sekunde vor Ort genossen. Traumhaft!!! Marsha ist eine grandiose Gastgeberin und hat uns immer blitzschnell geantwortet. Auch Salvador vor Ort bekommt ein großes Lob. Besonders der Blick aufs Meer sowie die beiden Pools sind wahnsinnig schön. Generell ist die Lage der Villa ebenfalls sehr positiv und man kann vieles unternehmen, auch wenn wir die Zeit am liebsten vor Ort verbrachten, weil es so schön dort ist. Die Zeit ging viel zu schnell zu Ende und wir kommen sehr gerne nochmal wieder. Eine ganz große Empfehlung!!!

We had a fantastic stay and would absolutely recommend this Airbnb! Elsa was a wonderful host—friendly, flexible, and incredibly thoughtful. She even made us a delicious paella during our stay. I had mentioned needing reliable internet for remote work, and Elsa went out of her way to get a new router installed. The connection was fast and consistent the entire time. The beds were very comfortable, and the room gets perfectly dark at night—ideal for my partner who’s a light sleeper. While there is some road noise outside that slightly detracts from the otherwise lovely backyard, the house itself is completely silent when the windows are closed. It's worth noting that the second bedroom is separated by a folding wall rather than a solid one. Having a car is recommended. Beautiful beaches are a 5–10 minute drive away, and the town of Santanyí is 12 minutes by car. Free street parking is available. A truly relaxing and memorable experience. Thank you, Elsa!

Nous avons passé un séjour merveilleux ! Joana est d'une gentillesse rare, toujours disponible, réactive et d'une grande honnêteté. Son appartement est tout simplement superbe : décoré avec goût, impeccablement propre et idéalement situé, les pieds dans l'eau. Un vrai coin de paradis que je recommande les yeux fermés !

Very cool house in the lovely town of Portocolom. There is a lot of space, multiple bathrooms, and a large beautiful courtyard and roof top. This home is fully air-conditioned and walkable to tons of restaurants and the beach. This was our first visit to Mallorca, and we ended up really enjoying Portocolom. Friendly town with lots to do, close to fabulous beaches and activities, but not overcrowded. Parking was easy too. We had a great visit!

This villa is absolutely impressive. The complex sprawls along the corner of a cove in Cala d’Or. Special nooks and grottos abound along with the lovely coos of mourning doves and other creatures. The inside is loaded with interest pieces of art and decorations. Bedrooms are comfy. Plunge into the sea when ready and after a swim or trip to the nearby beach climb back easily to the property. Picture worthy backgrounds are all around. Although the villa does not have AC, we managed to stay cool with the pleasant weather in late May and early June. There are so many windows that, with a bit of thought, one can keep things comfortable. Know that the property is buggy - especially by the rocks - but spray worked well. Rachel is a terrific host who offers some fun extras. For us, this included home delivery of delicious paella and a seafood pasta dish. All served up at an outside dinner table with spectacular views of the sea. We became one with this place and will never forget it.

We had an amazing stay in this beautiful villa. The view was breathtaking from the outdoor areas and we enjoyed relaxing in the pool. The style of the villa and the space was great. Laura communicated with us before and during our stay to make sure all was well. The extra touches of wine in fridge, bakery delivery on last day etc. was unexpected and much appreciated. Overall we loved our stay, thank you Laura.

Wir hatten einen wundervollen Aufenthalt in der ruhigen und grosszügigen Finca von Cati. Um die Finca liegt ein wunderschönes Naturschutzgebiet. Die Finca ist mit allem Notwendigen liebevoll und gut ausgestattet. Alles ist in einem sehr guten Zustand. Es gibt mehrere schöne Terrassen, die wir je nach Sonnenstand genossen. In kurzer Entfernung hört man das Meeresrauschen. Der Pool ist außergewöhnlich groß und wunderschön gelegen, umgeben von viel Natur. Der Südosten bietet viele herrliche Buchten, die mit zu den schönsten auf Mallorca zählen. Kleine Städte mit schönen Plätzen und Märkten sind mit dem Auto schnell erreichbar. Wir haben unsere sehr Tage sehr genossen.

Besser geht’s nicht!!! Wunderschöne Wohnung, liebevoll eingerichtet und perfekt ausgestattet. Hier kann man sich einfach nur wohlfühlen. Der Besitzer und sein Team sind zuvorkommend, freundlich und hilfsbereit. Es bleiben keine Wünsche offen und man fühlt sich sehr willkommen. Die Lage ist perfekt, die Aussicht atemberaubend und die Restaurants in der Nähe sind sehr empfehlenswert. Ich möchte noch so viel schreiben, aber am besten, man probiert es selbst aus. So macht Urlaub einfach Spaß!

Sehr schönes Haus in Top- Lage direkt am Strand! Super sauber, alles sehr gepflegt. Die Gärtner kommen drei Mal pro Woche, die Putzfrau ein Mal pro Woche . Separate Strom- Abrechnung sehr transparent und angemessen. Raquel war jederzeit kurzfristig erreichbar. Einziges Manko: WLAN nicht separat abschaltbar. Das heißt, Mikrowellen- Bestrahlung rund um die Uhr! Führt bei mir persönlich zu Kopfschmerzen, Schwindel, Blutdruckkrisen etc.. Laut Aussage der Vermieterin ist das WLAN unabdingbar für die Funktion der Haustechnik... Weiteres Problem: Die Druck- Wasserpumpe für Frischwasser im Keller ist dermaßen laut und schrill, dass man eigentlich in keinem Schlafzimmer im Erdgeschoß schlafen kann. Die Poolpumpe in der Keller- Garage hört man gar nicht. Super! Es war nicht festzustellen, warum eine Wasserpumpe so laut sein muß, dass keiner schlafen kann! Nach 3 Tagen Qualen wurde festgestellt, dass die Garten- Leitung ein Leck hat,und deswegen unglaublich viel teueres Wasser verloren ist

Firstly the view from the balcony and bedroom is simply amazing! Looking out the balcony everyday made the stay even better! The apartment had everything needed for a short or long term stay. Belky and her husband were such welcoming hosts who even picked me up from the bus stop! I can't thank them enough for such a warm welcome and extremely comfortable stay. Belkys communication was amazing and made everything really easy. There was flexibility with checking out so I got to enjoy the view just a little longer. I will 100% be booking again, such a cute home away from home!

De locatie is moeilijk te evenaren: naast het strand en het zwembad. Het grote terras en de twee badkamers zijn ook een troef. Alles op wandelafstand (winkel, restaurant). Super vlotte communicatie met de host. Een aanrader!

Mooie villa aan het strand. Niet perse een strand om te zwemmen maar op kleine afstand waren er super mooie andere stranden. Perfect uitzicht en leuke restaurants op loopafstand

Die Unterkunft war traumhaft und hat unsere Erwartungen mehr als erfüllt. Besonders hervorzuheben ist die tolle Ausstattung (beheizter Pool, ausreichend Liege- und Sitzmöglichkeiten im Garten, Billiardtisch, Tischtennistisch, Fahrräder etc.). Margalida war immer erreichbar und hat innerhalb kurzer Zeit auf unsere Fragen geantwortet. Wir bekamen als Willkommensgeschenk einen Obstteller, Wein und ein typisches spanischen Dessert. Wir konnten sogar am letzten Tag noch die Fahrräder nutzen und nach Palma fahren, da der Flug erst am Abend ging. Vielen lieben Dank für die besondere Zeit und den freundlichen Empfang. Alain’s property is a mix of traditional charm and contemporary decor which creates a unique and comfortable home. The view is fantastic. The pool, terrace and garden lovely. Perfect place for a relaxing peaceful holiday.

Ein traumhaft schönes Appartement direkt mit Blick auf den Strand. Unten drunter kann man direkt essen, in der Umgebung gibt es alles was man braucht von Surf-Shop über Bike Shops, Cocktails, Essen, eine. Kleinen Supermarkt. Und natürlich den Strand! Simona und Ana sind super nett, hilfsbereit und jederzeit erreichbar. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder!

We stayed a few days in Joan’s apartment and we really enjoyed it! There was enough space for 2 couples with a baby and the outdoor space is also huge. From the rooftop terrace you have a great view over the square and you can enjoy the view over the water and the sunset. Additionally we enjoyed the table tennis in the garage area. The apartment has everything you need and also a lot of extra towels etc. Joan was also really responsive and gave good tips for the surroundings 🙂

The villa was amazing, with incredible view over the bay. Everything was as described in the offer; well equipped; very clean; the beds were super comfy. The host was very proactive, sending lots of information about the house, neighbourhood and Mallorca overall. We really recommend this place. Thank you!

This villa is gorgeous! The house has everything you want in a vacation home- good sized living room for large groups, views are beautiful, pool, pool table and other games. Very spacious for our group of 7. We came in town for a wedding and had friends staying in Deià and Palma. It was very tedious to leave every day to see them. The drive to the house is long and winding- only two in our group felt comfortable driving. The area also does not have much for walking around, shopping, restaurants. Would definitely recommend if you are planning on staying at your house on this vacation, but if you are planning on sightseeing or wanting more city life, would recommend staying somewhere in Deia or Palma.

Eine herrliche Unterkunft, die sehr empfehlenswert ist. Wir wurden sehr herzlich von Gus und seiner Frau empfangen, obwohl wir erst sehr spät einchecken konnten. Auch während des Aufenthaltes war Gus sehr aufmerksam und hat sich nach unserem Befinden erkundet und uns mit schneller Reaktionszeit Auskünfte gegeben. Das Haus ist geschmackvoll kreativ eingerichtet, ist sehr komfortabel und gemütlich. Ein Highlight sind die drei Terrassen, die wir alle regelmäßig genutzt und genossen haben. Die Unterkunft liegt direkt am Waldrand. Den ganzen Tag sind Vögel zu beobachten, wobei der Wiedehopf und die Nachtigall auch ständig zu hören waren. Wenige Meter vom Haus entfernt liegt der naturbelassene große Sandstrand, an dem wir Barfuß schöne Spaziergänge machen und baden gehen konnten. Die nächste Umgebung bietet sehr schöne Wandermöglichkeiten an der Küste und im Gebirge. Es hat uns sehr gefallen....!!!

Amazing space with beautiful views. Home was clean and as described. The host Pilar was responsive and met us at the home for check in. Grocery store within a few minute walk. Cute French bakery also a short walk. Can’t wait to come back soon!

Bonavida was exactly as listed. Clean with a very nice common space. Walls were a little thin, we could hear guests in other rooms but it wasn’t bad. The staff was kind and proactive messaging with check in. Kitchen was equipped as noted with pots/pans/appliances but morning more. We went in off season so restaurants were mainly in the port , about a 20 min walk. It was a nice touch to have heating/AC in both the main room and bedroom. Pleased with the value for location. Amazing view of beach and great for couples, but it would have been pretty tight for more than 2 to a room.

Hola!! La comunicación con Rafael y Elena, es excelente. Llegando a la fecha de la estadía, me fueron enviando la información precisa para llegar al lugar. Incluidos mapas y fotos. Lo que nos fue de suma utilidad! El check in, fue muy fácil de realizar. Lo que tengo que decir del dpto son todas cosas lindas, ya que se nota que está hecho con mucho amor, en cada uno de sus detalles, todo combina con todo. De hecho te reciben con una bandeja llena de mimos para el alma… bombones, galletas, jugo y hasta vino! Los ambientes son muy cómodos, sobre todo los cuartos, que en cada uno tiene un lugar de guardado. Un lavadero que facilita mucho la estadía, cocina amplia y completa, el living ideal para que todo el mundo esté cómodo, un balcón terraza, donde se comparten momentos únicos, la salida a la playa, directamente desde el complejo, es un placer y lo mejor de lo mejor…la vista que ofrece a la playa de Alcudia desde todos los ambientes!! Si buscan Paz, es ahí!Encontré mi lugar en mundo?
