Charming apartment with Wi-Fi located in the popular Altamira complex with direct access to El Duque Beach. The complex has swimming pools (one heated), a playground and gardens for a relaxing vacation. The apartment has a living room and sofa bed, kitchen, bathroom, bedroom and terrace. Free parking is available at the main entrance. You will have everything within walking distance in this accommodation located in the heart of the tourist center (20 km from Tenerife South Airport).

As an architect, after many renovations, I know that light and space are the real luxury. A main space that opens completely to the terrace facing the sea, towards the sunset, in a very quiet environment.

The beautiful house is uniquely located on the most beautiful beach in Tenerife, Playa del Duque. Only the hiking trail on the dike is between the house and the beach. This gives you sea views in both the entire house and garden. At night, you can fall asleep to the sound of the waves. Each bedroom has a sea view, and the master bedroom has a unique terrace with a cozy lounge. In the garden, you can enjoy the sun with plenty of shade.
