In Tenerife in Costa Adeje , next to PLAYA de Las Americas, 150 meters from the sea,close to supermarkets ,restaurants,shops,taxis and buses. Very central and comfortable. Beautiful and newly furnished studio,with double bed and sofa bed. Functional cooking area,bathroom with washing machine and large terrace for outdoor dining. Residence with 9 swimming pools and beautiful gardens. Great for your seaside vacation all year round. We will welcome you with recommendations on restaurants,hikes and parks. We will be available.

Cozy atmosphere to rest or work in peace

This has been our occasional rest retreat and now we're starting to rent it out for the first time, after renovating it. It is in one of the historic apartment developments of Costa Adeje, where those of us from here spent our summers. Now it looks modern and comfortable, in a quiet immediate environment. WiFi Internet, TV, two swimming pools (one exclusively for young children) and right outside your door, three beaches and the promenade 3 minutes away. You can telework from the terrace or inside. Peace reigns here.

GROUND FLOOR with easy access, 2 bedrooms that can accommodate 4 people. Large terrace with direct access to the pool. Private Wi-Fi and Wi-Fi in common areas, satellite. TV. The location of our apartment is ideal for relaxing without noise in an oasis of luxury, on the first floor with direct access to the pool, a 5-minute walk from everything, such as: Las Playas del Duque, El Beril beach, the seaside village of La Caleta de Adeje, supermarkets, restaurants, leisure areas and spectacular sunset walks.

A spacious heated pool is surrounded by palm trees and sun loungers, inviting relaxation. The bright blue water contrasts with the clear sky. In the background, ocean views are visible, framed by well-maintained gardens and charming buildings.

Welcome to our newly renovated and cozy apartment with a large terrace and great sea views. Situated in a quiet urbanization in the most exclusive area of southern Tenerife and just a short walk away from Playa del Duque.The urbanization has a heated pool and is close to most of the golf courses on the island.The apartment has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms (one en-suite). It has Wi-Fi, international TV channels. Shopping centres, restaurants,etc are nearby, with everything you need to feel at home
