It has three bedrooms, three full bathrooms, and two parking spaces! Peti must be hired who will welcome you and hand over the keys. She cooks delicious food, and she will also help you with cleaning and tidying the bedrooms for $30 a day. Payment is made directly to Peti during your stay.

We loved the stay in Eduardo's apartment, Mr. Darwin, who is the person who receives us, is super kind. He helped us with everything we required, he made it easy for us to make the stay extraordinary, the apartment is just like the photos, it is comfortable, beautiful, I would definitely come back with my family.

I think Gabriela should improve a lot in the photographs in the description of the place, totally exceed our expectations, very nice, with all the amenities, although we did not expect the energy problem in Ecuador; however, the host is left hands, as a recommendation in need of the washing machine service, for a longer stay, in general excellent service and recommended.

Facing the sea and beach, in the safest area

We enjoyed our stay very much. The property is very close to the beach and so we had great views and the sound of the surf to sleep by. We had a little difficulty at check-in, but that was because we arrived early and had to wait two hours before the guard would let us in. We understood the security measures, but it did cause some difficulty with luggage. The view of the ocean, the pool and the Jacuzzi were a nice addition. The only issue with the Jacuzzi is that it was not very warm and the workers who adjust the temperature apparently leave early in the evening. We certainly recommend the property to other vacationers and would return to this location again because it was quiet and secure.
