Vacation rentals with a patio in Playa de Los Cristianos

Rigtig fin og stor lejlighed. Der var alt man havde brug for. Flot udsigt og dejlig med sol på terrassen. Lejligheden ligger tæt på strand og restauranter og i et dejligt roligt område. Vi havde 2 børn med som syntes det var fedt med et lille legeområde i lejligheden. Vojtech “værten” tog imod os ved ankomst og gav os en rundvisning osv. En virkelig god velkomst hvor man føler sig hjemme med det samme. Vil klart anbefale denne lejlighed ☀️.

Fab location, close to lots of restaurants and the promenade yet peaceful and quiet at night. Local supermarket in easy reach and market opposite twice weekly. Nice outlook, and looked exactly as photos show, thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Super Wohnung! 10-15 min fußläufig zum Strand. Ein Mini-Supermarkt ist direkt nebenan, ein großer Supermarkt ist mit dem Auto 5 min entfernt. Zwar sind keine privaten Parkplätze vorhanden, aber wir haben an der Straße immer freie (kostenlose) Parkplätze gefunden, die max. 2 Minuten entfernt waren. Die Wohnung sieht genauso aus wie auf den Bildern. Modernes Badezimmer und Küche mit Spülmaschine und Waschmaschine. Absolutes Highlight der Wohnung ist der Balkon. Der ist richtig schön groß und mit bequemen Sofas und einem großen Esstisch ausgestattet. Die Aussicht ist herrlich und für meine Freundin ein besonderes Highlight war, dass man von der Terrasse aus Delfine des Aquaparks bestaunen kann. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter Radu ist optimal, man erhält schnelle Antworten und sogar noch ein paar nette Restaurantempfehlungen. Check-In war super unkompliziert. Absolute Empfehlung!

I’ve been coming to Adeje (Tenerife) for over 20 years and this is easily the nicest apartment I’ve stayed in. The place is modern, clean and spacious. The views from BOTH balconies are gorgeous and the host is really friendly and helpful. Can’t wait to come back!

We have just got back from a wonderful week in this beautiful apartment. It is so clean and luxurious, with everything you need. Great air con throughout. Huge televisions in lounge and both bedrooms. Fabulous main bathroom and another lovely ensuite off the twin bedroom. Kitchen is well equipped with a modern oven, large fridge and freezer and a dishwasher. There is also a washing machine which we found handy and meant we didn’t need to over-pack. The apartment is in a lovely complex that has lots of swimming pools. There is a great bar that serves tasty breakfasts and other food, open from 10am (closed Sundays). There is a handy supermarket next to the complex and another across the road. You can walk down to the beach and restaurants within a few minutes and there are some even closer, just on the same street. The apartment is in a good spot where you are not overlooked. The patio area was a real highlight and we spent a lot of time there. Highly recommend. We will be back for sure!

we chose Walters place as we wanted to have accomodation with all the home from home items, for example a kettle amd washing machine. also we chose Walters place as other reviewers said it was clean. my wife gets anxious if she sees dirt and this can make her very uncomfortable in her mind. I am very happy to say that Walters home is extremely clean, it is obvious that the place and all it's surfaces are cleaned and polished before guests stay their. bedding, towels, tea towels etc are all clean and present, all the things we needed to just settle in and spend time there. in fact we stayed in the flat most of the morning just going out to get bread and pastries from an excellent bakers 300 yards away.The church square brings the local people out to enjoy and allows people watching and chilling out in abundance. we will be coming here again without doubt.

Wir (2 Erwachsene + Kleinkind) hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt in der Wohnung von Svetlana. Alles war sehr sauber und genauso wie auf der Website beschrieben. Die Küche war gut und ausreichend ausgestattet. Außerdem konnten wir uns Strandtücher und einen Strandschirm ausleihen - was sehr praktisch war. Auch eine Waschmaschine durften wir kostenfrei benützen. Die Kommunikation mit Svetlana lief problemlos ab und sie hat sofort auf Nachrichten reagiert. Die Lage (zentral und trotzdem ruhig) haben wir sehr genossen. Wir können die Wohnung wirklich nur weiterempfehlen!

Me and my family loved our stay at the villa! Both Markus and Petra were so lovely, welcomed us well and were so helpful with everything during our stay! The house and garden was so clean, everything we needed was available and even more. We were travelling with a one year old and they had a bed, high chair and everything the little boy needed ☺️ The neighbourhood is quiet, few minutes walk from the Golf course in Adeje and many good restaurants near by in La Caleta. We will for sure be back 🙏🏼

Perfecto para desconectar del día a día y con todas las comodidades. Como recomendación les diría que estaría bien poder tener insonorizado al menos el sótano donde está el futbolín y la mesa de billar, ya que la casa está pensada para que se queden grupos grandes y así se podría charlar y pasar un rato agradable en la zona de juegos sin molestar a los vecinos. En nuestro grupo éramos 9 personas y simplemente hablando en un tono de voz normal varias personas ya se eleva mucho el ruido y se escucha todo desde fuera. A pesar de eso, de resto quedamos encantadas con todo y repetiríamos sin dudarlo

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt und können diese Unterkunft nur empfehlen! Alles war sauber, und besonders die Terrasse mit dem Pool und dem Grill hat uns begeistert. Es war angenehm ruhig, und der Supermarkt sowie andere kleine Geschäfte waren schnell zu erreichen. Auch die Kommunikation mit Benjamin war super, er war sehr hilfsbereit und flexibel – wir durften sogar etwas später auschecken. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen!

This is the second time me and my family have stayed at one of Marina’s villas and it was perfect once again. The villa is amazing and in a great location. Marina is super fast at replying to messages when we need her and is very helpful and flexible when it comes to checking in and out of the villa. I would definitely recommend staying at one of her villas, me and my family will definitely be booking to come back for a third time. 5*

Great stay overall, super flexible check in and check out times to suit us as well as booking at short notice. The location is ideal, all of the rooms and amenities were as shown/described and more than suitable. Quick and good communication throughout with the host. All 10 of us highly recommend both this villa and the host.

Wir hatten einen großartigen Aufenthalt! Die Unterkunft war genauso wie beschrieben – sehr sauber, liebevoll eingerichtet und super ausgestattet. Die Gastgeber waren freundlich, hilfsbereit und jederzeit erreichbar. Die Lage war perfekt für unsere Bedürfnisse. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und würden jederzeit wiederkommen. Absolute Empfehlung!

非常喜欢这个公寓，有一个大海景露台，可以看到壮美的日落。房子与照片相符，厨房用具齐全。非常非常的安静，这一点是我们最喜欢的。有车库可以停车。房东给的建议都非常实用，我们吃到了好吃的食品，去了非常好的海滩。房子不远处的海滩可以游泳，但是房东推荐的更远处海滩的更好。如果不开车的话，两个最好玩的海滩可以坐公交车去。有一点需要注意，岛上打车巨贵，而且公寓这里早上用uber叫不到车，我在路上找当地人帮我打电话叫到了一辆才没有误机。这点需要注意，请提前安排好时间。这里的海真好啊！

Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Die Wohnung ist sehr schön mit einer tollen Terrasse mit wunderschönem Blick auf die Bucht von El Médano! Wir kommen gern wieder!!

WOW WOW WOW Pascale and Koen’s Airbnb is an ABSOLUTE GEM! The apartment is beautiful, peaceful, and just a short drive to the coast with shops and attractions nearby. You’ll probably want a car, but Pascale is happy to help with taxis — she’s a truly wonderful host! Not sure what a past guest was complaining about — checkout is clearly listed as 9am to allow for cleaning before the next guests. That said, Pascale is incredibly kind and flexible when she can be (which she was with us). We didn’t hear a thing from the upstairs house — total tranquillity. If there was ever a party, I’m sure we’d have been invited! Pascale and Koen even invited us for a drink — they’re the loveliest, most genuine people. The apartment itself is spotless, stylish, fully equipped, and has its own private pool — perfect for summer! Cooler than the coast, which is ideal in peak heat. This is a quiet, hidden treasure in Arona. We absolutely LOVED our stay — book it now! JUST BRILLIANT!
