It is located in a quiet area, just 200 meters from the center of Los Cristianos. Nearby, you'll find several shops, cafes, and restaurants, as well as the seafront promenade, perfect for a relaxing stroll or a trip to the beach. The apartment is fully equipped with a television, Wi-Fi, coffee maker, kettle, microwave, washing machine, refrigerator, oven, ceramic hob, portable fans, and a hairdryer. It features a large balcony with a table and chairs, ideal for dining, relaxing in the sun, and enjoying the views with your partner, family, or friends. This has been our occasional rest retreat and now we're starting to rent it out for the first time, after renovating it. It is in one of the historic apartment developments of Costa Adeje, where those of us from here spent our summers. Now it looks modern and comfortable, in a quiet immediate environment.
