Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Playa de la Arena

Justyna is a fantastic host! She gave clear instructions with pictures to find the place and find parking. She gave a detailed list of places to eat, and we were welcomed with a bottle of wine when we arrived. She was so prepared that I had no questions concerning what was required of us as guests.

Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit in der Wohnung. Diese ist modern, gepflegt und sehr sauber gewesen. Ein kleiner Spaziergang und man ist im Herzen von Puerto de la Cruz, einer sehr schönen Stadt mit vielen Restaurants. Leider war das Baden im Meer während unseres Aufenthaltes, auf Grund von Verunreinigungen, nicht empfohlen, dennoch hatten wir eine sehr schöne Zeit auf Teneriffa und die Wohnung und ihre Lage war ein Traum.

Apartment was big and had everything we needed. From abundance of towels and kitchen equipment to amazingly comfortable beds. Super clean and Martyna was available to answer our questions and quickly fixed a small issue we had with the shower. The balcony was big and the tv and other appliances were fantastic.

Las vistas desde el apartamento son espectaculares: amanecimos cada día con el Atlántico en primera fila y, por la noche, dormir con el sonido del mar resultó tremendamente relajador. Aunque el clima matinal no siempre acompañó, despertar contemplando el océano compensó con creces. La descripción del anuncio coincide al 100 % con lo que encontramos y dispone de todo lo necesario para prepararte algo ligero; además incluye un práctico pack playero, así que no necesitas comprar extras. La falta de cobertura móvil ayuda a desconectar, y la fibra es potente para “whasappear”. ¡Gracias, Nazaret, por tu atención y por un check-in/check-out sencillísimos!

This place is wonderful! Better than the pictures. Best apartment I have stayed. Everything was on point, beautiful views to the park, walkable to different places, and restaurants. Definitely I will stay here again if I return to Santa Cruz.

Merveilleux séjour dans le logement proposé par Oscar. Environnement paisible, amenant grande sérénité. La vue est magnifique, l'appartement est conforme aux descriptions et comporte tous les équipements nécessaires à la vie quotidienne. Localisation parfaite pour moi : etant au centre du nord, j'ai pu visiter tout ce que je souhaitais. Merci pour l'accueil et la réactivité aux messages !

Die Unterkunft sieht noch besser aus als auf den Bildern, wirklich magisch! Selten eine Unterkunft mit so viel Liebe zum Detail bewohnt! Super sauber und auch mit alle ausgestattet! Javier selbst ist super unterstützend und war sofort erreichbar, auch abends - danke!

Wir hatten eine wunderbare Woche bei Vanessa. Die Wohnung ist super liebevoll eingerichtet, man fühlt sich direkt sehr wohl und heimelig. Alles war blitzblank sauber und es hat an absolut nichts gefehlt. Herrlich war der Pool, der Ausblick aufs Meer und die tolle Terrasse. Für uns war das Highlight die kleine Katze Chloé, die direkt das Herz unseres Sohnes erobert hatte. Vanessa kümmert sich sehr verantwortungsvoll um alles und war jederzeit problemlos zu erreichen. Wir würden immer wieder kommen!

We had a lovely time time, we took our 3 children and there was plenty of space, they loved the dipping pool. It only took 10 mins to walk to Siam Park and the mall is at the bottom of the road which has a supermarket. Everything was as described and the views are amazing. When we come back to Tenerife we will definitely be staying here again. Thank you, we had a great stay.

Daniele é stata una splendida host. Precisa e puntuale nelle comunicazioni. Disponibile ai nostri orari di arrivo e partenza. L’alloggio ha una vista magnifica sul mare e sull’isola della Gomera. All’arrivo abbiamo persino trovato un omaggio della loro produzione agricola! Ci siamo sentiti davvero a nostro agio.

Chris e Richard sono stati degli host fantastici, i migliori che abbia mai avuto. Ho soggiornato qui con la mia ragazza e a mani basse dico che è stata la più bella casa in cui siamo stati. La Villa è ancora più bella che in foto, e offre tutti i servizi di cui potresti aver bisogno. È impeccabile sotto ogni punto di vista, dalla pulizia alla disponibilità degli host, che come ho detto prima sono disponibili ma anche molto simpatici e amichevoli. La villa ha viste bellissime, ovunque ti giri vedi o El Teide o il mare. Mai visti paesaggi così belli! Torneremo sicuramente. Grazie ancora a Richard e Chris.

La villa est incroyable. Grande, belle, une vue exceptionnelle. Le jaccuzi face au coucher du soleil est un gros plus. Les hôtes nous ont donnés beaucoup de conseils, ils ont étaient prévenant, réactif aux messages. Tout était parfait. Je recommande vivement !

We were absolutely happy with our stay at the villa! Our host Daniel did everything he could to make our time as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. The view was stunning, and the walk down to the beach was a little adventure in itself. We were a group of 7 adults and one baby, and the house was perfectly suited for us. A baby crib was provided, and Daniel even brought us a baby bathtub, which we really appreciated. There was plenty of space for everyone! Unfortunately, we didn’t get the chance to use the cinema room downstairs, but it looked amazing and very impressive. We had a wonderful time and can absolutely recommend this place. Wow, this Villa exceeded our expectations, particularly the outside pool area, the clean bright patio and seating areas were very comfortable - it felt bigger than we imagined and the view was beautiful. We used the BBQ one evening as it was so chilled and peaceful here. The pool was also heated so was nice to sit late evening dipping our toes. The villa itself was very clean has a brand new modern feel about it, with all the amenities you could need. The location was great for us as it was set back so it was quiet, but only a 10min drive to most places. We did often walk down to front area around 30-40mins plenty of taxis around and it was cheap to get back. Nina was lovely and welcoming greeted us at the villa making check in easy; and gave us some lovely restaurant recommendations which we ate at and loved. We would and have already thoroughly recommend this villa to friends, and if we are back in Tenerife we would absolutely love to stay here. Thank you again.

We had a great week at Carlos’ and Cynthia’s home. The flat is very well equipped and we had everything we needed. When we arrived Cynthia brought us some eggs and we were allowed to pick herbs from the garden. The view from the terrace is incredible.

We've just finished our stay at the property and it was perfect. We wanted somewhere to relax for the week in beautiful surroundings and it ticked that box and more! The house itself is gorgeous and has everything you'd need for your stay, including a juicer which meant we got to have fresh OJ every morning, with oranges bought down the road. The pool and hot tub in particular were amazing with fantastic views down the valley.

Nous tenons à remercier Béa et son mari pour l'accueil reçu lors de notre séjour. Le logement est tres agréable avec son balcon vitré qui donne directement sur l'océan et la piscine naturelle situé 2 étages plus bas. Tout le confort est présent dans l'appartement, les équipements, le mobilier, rien à redire. Une bouteille de vin et des aliments pour le petit déjeuner étaient présent à notre arrivée, merci pour cette belle attention. Des masques et tuba étaient à disposition pour aller voir les merveilles presentes dans l'océan accessible très facilement par un escalier au bas du logement, et le petit bar à tapas situé juste en bas "la Familia" etait notre fief pendant tout le séjour, prix très abordables. Bref, pour un sejour en amoureux c'était juste parfait ! Nous recommandons vivement ce petit coin de paradis. Merci encore 🙏❤️

Le logement d’Olga est tout simplement incroyable, il dispose de tout ce que l’on pourrait avoir besoin. La vue, la proximité avec les transports en commun et les commerces, les piscines… tout nous permet de passer d’excellentes vacances à Ténérife. De plus, Olga est une personne très gentille et à notre disposition pour toute nécessité 😍 Je recommande les yeux fermés !

Nice apartment, lovely large, sunny terrace with nice views. Very quiet place, pool area empty all day long, gives you privacy. We really enjoyed! 15min walk to the beach, bars, restaurants. Beautiful beaches around, really nice area

Beautiful and spacious apartment, spotlessly clean and modern with an amazing sun deck and shared pool area. Beds were very comfortable. We were greeted on arrival but Meg who was very friendly and showed us around the apartment. The area is relatively quiet, which is a nice change from Los Cristianos etc., though still with a good range of bars and restaurants. Would particularly recommend the Brittania pub (very welcoming staff and nice vibe) and Roca Negra, a popular beach club for watching the sunset. Overall would highly recommend!

We had such a lovely holiday at Carlos’ apartment. Great location, well stocked apartment with plenty of space, fantastic pools with friendly bar. Would definitely recommend and would love to return!

Location: 20 minute steep hill walk to any bar or restaurant, 5 minute walk to large supermarket (closed Sundays). Quiet area, ideal for those wanting to relax. Apartment: modern and clean. Air conditioning in bedroom great, bed comfy. Washing machine and dryer work well, washer takes a long time to complete spin cycle and dryer is heat pump so will take 2-3 hours to dry as uses low heat. WiFi- reliable, 80MBPS. Check in: used lock box for flexible check in. Paid ~£30 extra to check out late (5pm), perfect for late flight. Subject to availability Pools: many umbrellas and loungers. Very clean. Outside, comfy sunbeds, dryer rack, dining table x 2, gas bbq and utensils, egg chair, coffee table at front, sun canopy, umbrella. Very private. Car park: for 1 large car, secure garage with own door. Elevator from garage to apartment level. CCTV inside lounge&hall for when property vacant, it has covers installed for you to use when occupied. Security alarm with fob.
