Vacation rentals with beach access in Playa de la Arena

This place has an amazing view, and It is right in front of the “Los Gigantes” . There are restaurants and grocery stores nearby in walking distance. We experienced some difficulties finding street parking during weekends because host mentioned May is not as busy, so a parking in the building was not provided as indicated in the post. Another item is the shower drain is slow, despite trying to clean all the hairs. At the end of stay (starting 5th day), we do need to stop water a couple of times during each shower to prevent water overflow. If you are coming during peak seasons, pay attentions on these details.

A perfect home away from home! We had an amazing 10-day stay at this lovely apartment in Tenerife. It was cosy, beautifully decorated, and fully equipped with everything we needed — it truly felt like home. The location is ideal: in a quiet area, yet just a short walk to both the city center and the beach. One of the highlights was the spacious terrace with a very nice view of the bay — perfect for morning coffee or relaxing in the evening. The peaceful surroundings made it easy to unwind and enjoy every moment. Lea was an exceptional host — warm, thoughtful, and attentive to every little detail. From helpful recommendations to small touches in the apartment, her hospitality really stood out and made our stay even more special. We would definitely come back and highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Tenerife!

Ideal for couple. Everything is perfect, very cozy and super quiet. We hesitated between Los Gigantes and Las Americas and we didn't regret it. The view from the balcony is really breathtaking. Super cozy sofa with ocean and cliff views. The sun on the balcony arrives from about 11am until sunset☀️. Wonderful! We'll miss this view. Super easy to park, everything is free throughout the island almost. The apartment is rather cool although there is no air conditioning. I recommend it 200%

Alvija is the best host I’ve ever had on Airbnb. She was very responsive and provided all the recommendations that made our trip even more remarkable - literally felt like we had a private guide in Los Gigantes. Can’t recommend her enough - you’ll never forget your stay.

Everything was great and exactly as described and shown in the photos. The view is absolutely stunning! Great location with easy parking and very close to town centre, beach, restaurants, and supermarkets. Check-in and check-out were smooth and easy. The pool looked amazing, even though we didn’t get a chance to use it. We truly recommend this accommodation!

We had a wonderful stay in Puerto de la Cruz. Luisa is a lovely host who replies quickly and is very happy to give local recommendations. She even met us very late on our first night (1am!) to let us in and show us around the property. The house itself is large and beautiful and very well-equipped for a big group. We had everything we needed to cook for a week as a group of nine, and more than enough space. The heated pool really is amazing and was such a treat in early May. Highly recommend this house!

We had a wonderful stay at this place! The location is a good starting point for many activities on the island. The house is really unique and thoughtful. The terrace with the breathtaking view was definitely a highlight. Communication with the hosts was straightforward, very friendly and helpful – a small power outage was responded to immediately and the issue was quickly resolved. We were also very happy about the beautiful fruit basket and the wine as a welcome gift. All in all, an absolutely recommended place to stay.

The perfect place for all those seeking tranquility and relaxation. The small village is simply magical, the view of the sea a dream and the apartment traditionally but stylishly furnished. In addition, compared to other AirBNBs, everything has been thought of, for example, there are kitchen rolls, dishwasher tabs and finally two dish towels.

Beautiful quiet location in a flower garden, minutes from the highway to visit the north of the island easily. The interior is rather modest and the kitchen equipment rudimentary but largely compensated by the general comfort, the quality of the bedding, the linen, and especially the 2 well-equipped terraces. We must recommend this accommodation for all its facilities, its calm, with the only sounds being the sea and birds, the wonderful sunsets facing the pool, small but very cute and so well lit at night! Don't hesitate to book!

We were absolutely happy with our stay at the villa! Our host Daniel did everything he could to make our time as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. The view was stunning, and the walk down to the beach was a little adventure in itself. We were a group of 7 adults and one baby, and the house was perfectly suited for us. A baby crib was provided, and Daniel even brought us a baby bathtub, which we really appreciated. There was plenty of space for everyone! Unfortunately, we didn’t get the chance to use the cinema room downstairs, but it looked amazing and very impressive. We had a wonderful time and can absolutely recommend this place. We had a wonderful stay at Candelaria's place. She welcomed us with buckets of flowers, fresh fruit, and local cider. The house offers stunning views and has a charming, traditional character. The outdoor area is beautifully maintained, with lush plants, multiple cozy seating spots, and a great barbecue area. We feel very lucky to have stayed here and would highly recommend it to anyone!

Unbelievable views and noticeable thoughtfulness There were fire starters for the barbecue, goggles for snorkelling and sun shade to take to the beach… Very pleasant experience!

Highly recommended, a big plus to have parking for the car. Nuria is always attentive and gives instructions to facilitate access to the apartment. Once inside, there is a list with more directions and recommendations for supermarkets, restaurants. As for cleanliness, it was impeccable, both the floor and the furniture, sheets and kitchenware. very well equipped apartment, very clean, with amazing views. Parking space is an undeniable bonus. The location makes it easy to radiate all over the island. We had a pleasant stay. when we arrived the flat was pristine. there was a welcome basket of fruit and cookie's. there was also toothbrush and paste,shampoo, shaver dressing gowns, bottled water etc . the flat is right on sea and has amazing views. restaurants and small town are three minute walk as are beach and amazing lido. we had a wonderful stay for ten days.

We were met with a very warm welcome by the hostess when we arrived at this great place situated in a very nice secure apartment community. The apartment itself is exactly as described. The place is spotlessly clean, has been renovated recently and has everything in it you would ever need, a real ‘home from home’. Location is excellent, spar supermarket only 1 minute walk, plenty restaurants and beaches only a few more minutes away. The communal pool was great with many beds always available. The hosts are great, previously mentioned the warm welcome when we arrived and also the communication and flexibility from Miguel throughout has been excellent. Excellent accompaniment and hosts, thank you for our stay, we have already recommended to other family members.

Beautiful and spacious apartment, spotlessly clean and modern with an amazing sun deck and shared pool area. Beds were very comfortable. We were greeted on arrival but Meg who was very friendly and showed us around the apartment. The area is relatively quiet, which is a nice change from Los Cristianos etc., though still with a good range of bars and restaurants. Would particularly recommend the Brittania pub (very welcoming staff and nice vibe) and Roca Negra, a popular beach club for watching the sunset. Overall would highly recommend!

We had a great time at Maya's apartment. Everything was tastefully decorated. The terrace is very large, very nice and the view is magnificent. Parking space in a well-secured garage. Access is very easy and the instructions are very clear. Everything is designed to make the stay go well. Access to the beach and the very nice 70's is easy. We really recommend it. We would sincerely like to come back. The place is ideally located for visiting the Teide Park and the cities of La Laguna and Santa Cruz. It is close to Reina Sofia Airport but we do not hear or see any planes. When you arrive at the end of the day it is therefore perfect. Maya is responsive and welcoming. She is committed to her guests having a great time and it is successful.

The location of the place is just perfect and the view from the balcony is a dream. Massimilano was a super nice host, we felt very comfortable. Definitely recommend!
