Start your day with a good breakfast, until goodbye with a good vermouth under the salty sea breeze, the terrace is the star place of the apartment. The apartment has one bedroom, one toilet, office-type kitchen, a living room and terrace. The terrace is accessible through two sliding windows in the bedroom and in the living room. The terrace overlooks the pool. Up to four people can be accommodated in the accommodation: two people in the room bed and two on the sofa bed in the living room. The accommodation is ready for you to enjoy: it has bathroom amenities, towels, bedding, kitchen utensils... The client must pay in cash the tourist tax upon arrival. (1€ per person over 16 years of age, for a maximum of 7 nights). For your information, this apartment is not the one indicated for groups of young people who want to party, these being totally forbidden inside the apartment and in the common areas (garden, pool, etc.). We are confident that young guests interested in enjoying a pleasant stay in our apartment will maintain polite behavior, respecting both the property and the coexistence with the other neighbors. Any conduct disrespectful or contrary to the rules may result in immediate action, including the cancellation of the reservation and the eviction of the accommodation without the right of refund.
