The house is very spacious, has a terrace on the top floor and a spacious patio for children with a charcoal grill and a view of the entire beach. There is private parking, a smart TV, and fiber optic Wi-Fi. There is parking inside the enclosure for 3 cars.

Ideal for walking around the hill. My accommodation is good for couples, adventurers and business travelers. It is a very intimate place,special for lovers.

It is located in the middle of a pine forest with an incredible sea view and a mythical lighthouse, ideal to connect with nature and silence. The house is self-sustainable, rustic and simple, the great attraction is its privileged location and imposing view. Sunsets like starry nights are a sight to starry nights.

Our house was designed to experience the feeling of flying over the ocean, just a 5-minute walk from Reñaca beach, all the rooms have spectacular views of the sea and Valparaiso bay. Spacious and open common areas distributed on 3 different levels, which makes the experience inside the house very unique. The decor is designer, reflecting the love of plants and treasures. Access is via a 3-story staircase, but it's worth the effort!

Heritage value house with incredible bay views.

My house has an important heritage value as it has 100 years but perfectly maintained, comfortable and cosy, with a wood warming stove, high ceilings, beautiful views of the whole bay and harbour. With two terraces, a kitchen totally implemented and beautiful views from kitchen and dining room. We don’t have this house for business. It’s our beautiful place to escape from stress which we rent when we don’t go.

Former design studio in Cerro Alegre, close to cafes and restaurants, in a centrally located, touristy and heritage site. It has 1 master bedroom with double barrel, one bedroom with a single bed and a private bathroom and a living room that you can use with a sofa bed. 2 blocks from the Metro and Supermarket. 2 blocks from Plaza Sotomayor and the port. NO stairs TO get there! Very easy access
