Nice apartment with beautiful decor. Fully equipped for 4 people. First line, free, spectacular and unbeatable view of Valparaíso, it is a 15-minute walk from Cochoa beach (you have to go down a staircase). It is steps away from Lider and Jumbo Supermarket. Includes 1 private underground parking space. Excellent connectivity and public transportation one block away. APARTMENT ONLY LISTED ON AIRBNB No social media or other platforms.

The building has an entrance at the top, which is the vehicle entrance (that's where you should enter with your car). Enter “Euromarina building, Calle Lapislázuli, no number” in Waze or Google Maps, and it will take you directly to the parking lot (Lot 86, which is in Building 2 (m2)). And the other entrance is the pedestrian entrance (which is in front of the beach and is accessed via funiculars (direction Av. Borgoño 17.310)).
