Carlos's instructions were clear and he was always available if we needed anything. Check-in was very simple and there was no problem with the accommodation. It has many extra things that are useful for spending time (such as board games, books, etc.), it is very close to the beach and located in a very nice area of Viña. The only thing (which is not Carlos's fault, in fact he helped us book the pool) is that if you want to use the pool, come for several days and plan well, since we booked in a hurry and it just happened to be the day they were going to clean it. Other than that, I would return to the apartment, excellent for couples🥰.

The view from the apartment's terrace exceeds all expectations seen in the photos. The place is quiet, away from the "worldly noise", although I went in March, I don't know what it will be like in the middle of summer. The apartment is comfortable and very cozy. The kitchen is equipped with everything. The beds are comfortable and the windows allow you to see the sea at all times, in addition to receiving plenty of sun. It has an awning in case someone wants to escape the sun. It is absolutely recommended. Bruno was very welcoming, willing to solve any problem and Carolina was on another level, gentle and kind. I would definitely return

Excellent experience. Enrique and his mother, who welcomed us, were super friendly. Enrique was always attentive to respond. The view is spectacular, unbeatable. The apartment is super comfortable (especially the mattresses and pillows!) with all the necessary amenities, and impeccably decorated. It is a 15/20 minute walk from Reñaca beach, although the way back is steep, as that is the geography. There are some places to buy the essentials, on foot; and a supermarket 10 minutes by car. There were small details to improve (towels, for example) and Enrique was very responsive, so surely the next traveler will receive everything, 10 points.

Everything was incredible, very clean and tidy, an excellent place to rest, everything nearby, just one drawback with respect to the pools that were not enabled, but everything else is highly recommended.

It has a wonderful view and everything you need for a comfortable stay, it is also very conveniently located, shops nearby to walk to, the place is safe to park the car and easy to order Uber/Uber Eats

Our stay in the accomodation of Camila was the best of our life. The place is magnifique just in front the sea. The view was incredible 😍 We saw the best sunset , enjoying the comfortable balcony. That a dream. The place is very confortable, and very clean. There are all the equipements necessary to feel like home , and relax. Camila is so welcoming and helpful , she is a really good person. I would like to thanks her again and again for her help and kindness. It’s a place that we will be back for sure, and as soon as possible !! This is a real cloud for us.

The apartment is spotless, very comfortable and has everything you need for a comfortable family stay. It has an unbeatable ocean view and a large balcony with comfortable armchairs. Self check-in. There is a large outdoor pool available (the water is very cold) and also a heated pool, gym, buffet of ready-to-eat food and drinks. Highly recommended, I would go back to the place!

Very nice apartment, very nice view and everything was excellently tidy, the only bad thing is that since there is no parking they gave us a ticket for leaving the car outside the building on the street!

Pablo's apartment is simply wonderful, even more beautiful than the listing photos. The space is very well divided, decorated and has everything you need for a relaxing and cozy stay. The balcony with glass curtain and sea view is special and completes the environment. Various utensils are available and Pablo gives very clear instructions about access and everything. In addition, it is in a beautiful building with several amenities. Finally, the communication with Pablo was amazing, always attentive and willing to make the stay even better. I highly recommend it and if I return to Viña Del Mar I will certainly stay there again.

The location and the apartment are excellent, the furnishings too. The photos don't do it justice, it's better. They just need to supervise the cleaning staff more.
